Nora Mills, AGACNP-BC

I was no impressed with the provider I saw, mine was on vacation but next time I will not agree to see Nora I will see someone else or wait for my provider to be back. She made me feel like I was wasting her time.

I wonder why it took so long my appointment was at 2:10 and I left at 3:30

Nora mills was not a good listener. She kept telling me my issue was something different then what I wanted checked. As a nurse listening to the patient is very important. I do not want to deal with her again

Felt rushed through my appointment. Didn't seem to take concerns seriously, almost like brushing off my symptoms and to try x,y,z that I've already done, with not much improvement.

I found Nora not prepared at all concerning my health concerns, seemed to be concerned about being overworked and not having time

Nora Mills was very thorough and caring. She is a great access to Thayer Internal Medicine!!

The people at the check-in desk are so kind and helpful and Nora Mills is a wonderful provider, so helpful and really listens and gives thoughtful feedback and a helpful plan moving forward. The gentleman who greeted me & checked me in was wonderful. Very polite, smiled, welcomed, & thanked me.

I had one of the rushed appointments I've ever had. Not pleased at all. I understand providers have other patients but when I'm scheduled for an appointment I expect the provider to let me discuss my health concerns without being rushed.

Nora Mills is my current medical contact and I have been very pleased with the care that I've received.

Yes, Nora Mills is an excellent health provider. She listens, very attentive, follows up on everything, called me twice because of the situation I had related to his last visit. She's just an excellent provider.

All members of staff that I spoke to were friendly and helpful.

Everyone at the office was very helpful! I felt like Nora listened to me and made sure to address all my questions/concerns. I was told I needed to have bloodwork done and figured I'd have to go wait for the lab to drawn it, but was pleasantly surprised when the medical assistant did it right in the exam room! Then when I was checking out the receptionist called to make me an appointment so I didnt have to wait for a phone call. This was only my second visit to this office but both experiences were great!

In these days of staffing challenges and quick paced care, Nora Mills has always made sure that you are heard during your visit. The whole care team was polite and made the experience very positive

Hi, I am a patient of Nora Mills and I have been seen shortly after she came. She is one of the better care physicians or care people that I've seen. It would be a shame if she didn't stay on. She's very informative, very pleasant. You leave there knowing that she's answered every question. She's really a nice woman along with being a great doctor. I have no problems getting results, anything like that. She's always there and I really appreciate her. Thank you.

The treatment that I needed wasn't available and I was told to go to express care. The last time I went to express care I was told I needed to see my primary care physician. So I left without the antibiotic shot that I needed. I understand not having certain medications on the premises, but important antibiotics that need to be injected should be available.

This was my first time seeing Nora, and I found her to be extremely thorough and patient. I felt like she listened carefully to everything I had to say and ordered all suffient tests to make a diagnosis. She personally followed up with me the next day by phone to go over test results.

Dr Mills was very nice , professional , attentive to my symptoms. Good recommendations and follow up the next day by a telephone call . I appreciated it greatly .

Everything went smoothly as expected.

I was impressed that I was able to get blood work and an EKG right after my visit. Not happy at all that I can't go on line and get my results without being in person and fiving my email account first. Why wasn't I told this in person when at my visit. I live 90 minutes away from the office.

Nora is always so kind and considerate.
