I just want to thank everybody at Express Care. I came in the day before Christmas in the afternoon. Everybody was cordial and, you know, it's hard to work just before a holiday. And I appreciate it. Everybody just helped me out a lot. And, yeah, I'm glad Express Care is there. And thank you for everybody that works there.

There was a small mixup with my prescriptions and where they were sent. I was prescribed two medications and one was sent to one pharmacy and the other to a different pharmacy. Since I am on the portal, I was able to see that the second one was prescribed And was then able to track it down. I did call about the second prescription so the staff is aware this happened. It was not a vital medication but a good experience to learn from.

I like how friendly all the staff are every time I go there. They are really fast I Never have to wait long.

I had a spectacular experience at the Waterville location for Main General. Everybody from the moment I walked in until the moment I left was extremely helpful. They were friendly, they were kind, they were efficient. They, you know, just absolutely 10 out of 10 experience and would absolutely go there for anything I need.

Listen to all concerns an answered everything i love going there just the wait is so long

The staff was very accommodating, quick to respond. You know, I also caught it at a good time. There wasn't really much for a wait, but they were very informative, thorough, understood what I needed, and was able to help me. It was a great experience. I hope that it continues that way.

Had another fantastic experience at this facility. It's truly a shame that I can't get an appointment with my PCP and feel like I'm forced into using express care for my healthcare needs. Thankfully the staff at this facility is excellent.

Was amazed at how quickly and professionally I was taken care of. All questions answered, all directions re, medication, symptoms changes, and follow-up with my PCP were clearly explained.

The staff was great, but the shared waiting room for express care and primary care always makes it feel chaotic. And the overhead music NEEDS TO BE TURNED DOWN. People have a hard time hearing their names being called and knowing what direction it's from.

They were awesome, first experience with the process and they made it smooth and easy. It was fast and clear.

Everyone was super sweet and helpful. I was there for a workers comp visit (work place health wasn't accepting patients). They explained everything, what I had to do on my end, what they did on their end. I work in behavior special ed at VCS and everyone thanked me for what I do. I of course returned the thank you because health care is also a very hard field. I was thankful to be met with so much kindness after a really tough day.

Wait time once in examining room close to 1/2 hour, which i. Consider Excessive .

Every staff member was extremely compassionate and helpful. The clinic is very clean and well cared for.the waiting time was exceptionally short. The PA is knowledgeable,compassionate and follows through on updates.As a 53 year summer resident,far from my permanent residence I feel very comfortable knowing that this small emergency clinic will take care of my needs if I have an unexpected medical issue arises.much appreciated!

Very professional, responsive and focused on my care in a very positive manner.

Because I was on vacation, I had to use the quick care in Waterville as I live in the southern part of Maine. I was very happy with the way it was handled. I know they were busy that day and I understood that we had to wait a bit, but everything went so smoothly and that lovely PA Nicole I think it was her first name.

It was fine, no complaints.

I was treated excellently. My urgency was a bee sting. Never, have I ever, had a reaction to a bee sting in the past. I was treated professionally and understandingly by both the nurse and doctor. That was 3 days ago. Unfortunately, I got stung multiple times yesterday. The treatment and understanding that I received Wednesday gave me the confidence to go forward without a visit to the hospital again. Thank you.

I've used Express Care several times when pediatrics is not opened and always received good care. I really appreciate that they have medicine on hand as well like the steroid my daughter needed. Everyone was very friendly to my daughter she felt very at ease when we were there. Thanks!

I was very satisfied with the service and treatment that I received, and it happened in a timely fashion, which was nice. I didn't have to wait hours. I was actually sent for blood work to the ER, and I waited longer there just to have blood drawn than I did to get treated at Elmwood. So, yeah, thank you.

It was a great experience. My doctor listened to my concerns and explained everything for after care and what to look out for if more treatment was needed.

Things went well and the wait was short and Nicole was very informative about my problem.

I went there with 2 issues but only one was addressed. I had intense pain on the right side of my body. Nothing was said about that. I was ex tremely tired because of my acute bronchitis. I departed disappointed.

All staff members were extremely professional. Listen carefully to what I was explaining. On this particular day, there was not a long wait time.

Not to diagnose without concrete evidence of said diagnosis. Such as COPD. When I was just told by my actual Pulmonologist that I do not have COPD. I am an Asthmatic with sever allergies. I have had chest X-rays and pulmonary function test that show otherwise.

Everyone who took care of my husband took very great care of him and I really believe they liked him and care for him. They were all professional team.
