I felt as though I was not heard with my pain and my lack of sleep due to my pain. It made me feel as though I was supposed to rely on ibuprofen and Tylenol, which I had been doing already for three months. In the past month, I had been doing regularly to the max limit. I felt this was very brushed off and rushed. After looking at the exercises and moves to do with my arm and finding out that I need to go meet with orthopedic surgeon, this was absolutely insane to me. A lot more could have been done or said or told to do. I was a little disappointed that I was told to just go to my PCP to figure out that I need to go get a referral. However, the physician could have put the referral in the second she read the x-rays.

The wait was short and all staff was kind and polite.

Nobody can tell me what's wrong. Maine General Emergency Room what a joke. Waited 3 hours to even get into a room just to be yanked around and tested for 2 hours and then made to wait for 7 HOURS before being spoke to about test results where they said they can't find anything and there's nothing wrong with me. Didn't offer to bring in the cardiologist nothing. Didn't prescribe me any medication to help me with my pain. Wasted a total of 12 hours of my time just to give me an 800 dollar bill and a foot up my ass. If you guys weren't the only medical facility around you'd have no patients.

I went in due to having some odd signs and symptoms i would lay down for bed at a normal hour and sometimes sleep for over 24 hours without waking even to use the bathroom or get a drink sometimes even longer. I thought i was sure to my hypothyroidism so they took a blood test. The next day i got a call saying my levels were fine so i didn't need to restart the medication previously prescribed for that reason. I asked what to then about the long periods of sleep and she said nothing. I asked if they were accepting new patients i have private health care and Medicare as a back up. She said she didn't know she is a nurse who doesn't do that but she's connect me. Instead i was disconnected. Now idk what's going on with my health. I'm so scared of hospitals to begin with it took alot of courage to go to that visit. Idk just seems like they are so busy at that location there is not enough stag to care about someone like me who was looking for a pcp. So there's that.

The person who took care of me was kind, supportive and thorough. I appreciated her.

The staff who tended to my needs were very professional, caring and put me at ease.

It couldn't have been better

I felt horrible and thought I had pneumonia and also had a deep gash in my hand that hurt and was infected. Everyone was so considerate, friendly, and professional. It wasn't busy so I didn't have to wait long, either. I was sent to Thayer for a chest x ray and except for the long walk from the ER entrance to the X-ray unit, it was also a very good experience. I wasn't being admitted to ER but I had to check in at ER. Much better experiences than I've had in Gainesville, Florida!

The staff at (Waterville) Express Care was wonderful from registration to the MA to the nurse practitioner. My nurse practitioner first name was Nicole was absolutely wonderful..

Cleaner and safer solution. Would be ideal. Not a cloth splint on broken. Foot waiting to receive a call.

I got A+ treatment from every person that I dealt with from start to finish. I have been there 4 or 5 times in the last 8 years or so. I sometimes consider going to the emergency room but I always go to Express Care first. If the medical team feels I need the emergency room I know that's what I need.

The following up call was very informative and answered evolving questions

I was glad it was fairly quick turn around there were plenty of people but only waited about ten minutes. They were all nice and friendly.

I have gotten 2 calls after I got my medication about my medication being ready after I already got it very annoying and stressful keep track of who and what your doing

I had a wonderful experience from the moment I stepped through the door. The lady that checked me in was friendly and professional as was the lady who took my vitals. The PA Nicole made me feel comfortable and listened to what I had to say. I would not hesitate to return to this facility.

The prescription I received completely resolved my issue. This team has given me hope for the future of medical care in Maine. I wish the PA could be my primary.

Friendly providers

I am so impressed with the doctors in the ER at least I was with doctor T boots. She's thorough. And to be honest with you, I haven't seen a doctor like that in a long, long, long, long, long, long, long, long time. In fact, i'm not impressed with main healthcare.At all. But this visit was wonderful.I had people.I felt I could trust take care of me. I can only pray this continues in our health system.In maine. So I was very pleased.I know this doctor's been around a while and she's the best

I was under the impression that you were going to bill the VA and instead I got an invoice as a text message today. Am I supposed to pay this and then resubmit to the VA? Because it's never worked like that before any place else. If someone could explain that to me, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.

The care team worked method is very flexible and precise

It was very busy, but I felt the professionals did their best to make the time as short as possible while providing the needed care. I am very pleased with the care and attention I received.

I just want to thank everybody at Express Care. I came in the day before Christmas in the afternoon. Everybody was cordial and, you know, it's hard to work just before a holiday. And I appreciate it. Everybody just helped me out a lot. And, yeah, I'm glad Express Care is there. And thank you for everybody that works there.

There was a small mixup with my prescriptions and where they were sent. I was prescribed two medications and one was sent to one pharmacy and the other to a different pharmacy. Since I am on the portal, I was able to see that the second one was prescribed And was then able to track it down. I did call about the second prescription so the staff is aware this happened. It was not a vital medication but a good experience to learn from.

I like how friendly all the staff are every time I go there. They are really fast I Never have to wait long.

I had a spectacular experience at the Waterville location for Main General. Everybody from the moment I walked in until the moment I left was extremely helpful. They were friendly, they were kind, they were efficient. They, you know, just absolutely 10 out of 10 experience and would absolutely go there for anything I need.

The staff was very accommodating, quick to respond. You know, I also caught it at a good time. There wasn't really much for a wait, but they were very informative, thorough, understood what I needed, and was able to help me. It was a great experience. I hope that it continues that way.

Had another fantastic experience at this facility. It's truly a shame that I can't get an appointment with my PCP and feel like I'm forced into using express care for my healthcare needs. Thankfully the staff at this facility is excellent.

Was amazed at how quickly and professionally I was taken care of. All questions answered, all directions re, medication, symptoms changes, and follow-up with my PCP were clearly explained.

The staff was great, but the shared waiting room for express care and primary care always makes it feel chaotic. And the overhead music NEEDS TO BE TURNED DOWN. People have a hard time hearing their names being called and knowing what direction it's from.

They were awesome, first experience with the process and they made it smooth and easy. It was fast and clear.
