Everyone was super sweet and helpful. I was there for a workers comp visit (work place health wasn't accepting patients). They explained everything, what I had to do on my end, what they did on their end. I work in behavior special ed at VCS and everyone thanked me for what I do. I of course returned the thank you because health care is also a very hard field. I was thankful to be met with so much kindness after a really tough day.

Wait time once in examining room close to 1/2 hour, which i. Consider Excessive .

Every staff member was extremely compassionate and helpful. The clinic is very clean and well cared for.the waiting time was exceptionally short. The PA is knowledgeable,compassionate and follows through on updates.As a 53 year summer resident,far from my permanent residence I feel very comfortable knowing that this small emergency clinic will take care of my needs if I have an unexpected medical issue arises.much appreciated!

Because I was on vacation, I had to use the quick care in Waterville as I live in the southern part of Maine. I was very happy with the way it was handled. I know they were busy that day and I understood that we had to wait a bit, but everything went so smoothly and that lovely PA Nicole I think it was her first name.

It was fine, no complaints.

I was treated excellently. My urgency was a bee sting. Never, have I ever, had a reaction to a bee sting in the past. I was treated professionally and understandingly by both the nurse and doctor. That was 3 days ago. Unfortunately, I got stung multiple times yesterday. The treatment and understanding that I received Wednesday gave me the confidence to go forward without a visit to the hospital again. Thank you.

I was very satisfied with the service and treatment that I received, and it happened in a timely fashion, which was nice. I didn't have to wait hours. I was actually sent for blood work to the ER, and I waited longer there just to have blood drawn than I did to get treated at Elmwood. So, yeah, thank you.

It was a great experience. My doctor listened to my concerns and explained everything for after care and what to look out for if more treatment was needed.

I went there with 2 issues but only one was addressed. I had intense pain on the right side of my body. Nothing was said about that. I was ex tremely tired because of my acute bronchitis. I departed disappointed.

All staff members were extremely professional. Listen carefully to what I was explaining. On this particular day, there was not a long wait time.

Not to diagnose without concrete evidence of said diagnosis. Such as COPD. When I was just told by my actual Pulmonologist that I do not have COPD. I am an Asthmatic with sever allergies. I have had chest X-rays and pulmonary function test that show otherwise.

Everyone who took care of my husband took very great care of him and I really believe they liked him and care for him. They were all professional team.

ExpressCare was extremely kind, very patient, very thankful that I had to wait because it was very busy. They were very supportive. When I was passed on from whoever, a nurse, I guess, a male nurse, over to a doctor, they kept thanking me for my patience and I was just totally impressed with all of their kindness and their help. It was better than family. So I had a serious problem, but I was on the end of that serious problem, but they helped me tremendously and they built me up emotionally, too. That was incredible.

The staff was outstanding, very professional and worked at getting the wax out of my ears until I could hear again!

The staff was excellent, the care was equally excellent, and I thought that Nicole, the PA, did a great job. There's nothing that I would have changed about the visit, and I would definitely like to see her again. I felt as though I was rushed out after waiting for so long and I felt I was not being heard. I explained my ear was the same and still blocked after getting it flushed and not relieved and I was told "it's clear" when I asked why I would still feel so blocked the response was "I don't know but it's clear in there" I am paying full price for a service that did not help me in anyway and when I expressed that the service did not help , there was no suggestion, and no one tried to figure out why. I can not hear now. I have to be seen again and pay again and it won't be with Maine general health. Very disappointed in the lack of care I received.

She was exceptionally good at listening and keeping up with all the information I was trying to give her, even when my ADHD splaining was in full effect.

I was very pleased with the kind and courteous way I was treated. The Team was professional and very prompt. The facility was nice and clean. It was my first visit and I was very grateful for the quick help I received.

A bit longer wait than expected after seeing the admitting nurse. I waited an hour in the room. This isn't a criticism, just telling my experience. I had asked for a female doctor or NP, so no doubt this factored in with the wait time. Nicole Morris was fantastic, quick diagnosis and put me totally at ease. I totally appreciated her and hope everywhere there does too! The admitting nurse was very pleasant as well.

Thank you for the balanced combination of rapid expediency in getting my child the attention and care that he needed in and out, with the added selfless time provided by those involved to humor all of my questions and need at one point for them to repeat themselves in explaining something that we needed to know. We will be glad to return another day. Well, hopefully there will be no need to any time soon, but if there should be so, we will be grateful to return. As we were in this case, your location has always offered us the best health care in Kennebec County.
