Called the day of for a same day sick appointment for my daughter who was sent home from school due to the nurse assuming she had strep throat. Called the office for a same day sick appointment and was pleasantly surprised to get her in vs have to go to urgent care. Our visit was quick but thorough. Great experience!

I think Nicole Metcalf was a great doctor. She listened to my kids and listened to me and she was kind and understanding and I really thought she was a great doctor.

I was told they had no covid vaccines so I did not bring my daughter in. When I got there they did have covid vaccines, but not flu. My son's appointment was rescheduled for 20 minutes later the day before and we still waited and HOUR in the exam room for a 5 minute visit.
