Dr. Sen is a very fine physician. He's patient and certainly knowledgeable and he wants you the patient to be involved in our processes and recovery too. And he's got a pretty good sense of humor, too!

All staff at HACCC are top notch the minute we walk through the door until we leave and everything in-between. We know they will have our best interests top of mind when guiding my husband through his cancer journey and supporting me as well. There aren't enough words to express our gratitude. Dr Sen is truly amazing. We both felt comfortable talking with him about options for the treatment plan.

My medical records were not entered to the Maine General database and not available to the physicians assistant when I arrived for my appointment. Two days prior to my appointment, I had asked my "nurse guide" if my records were available to the doctor and she responded that they were.

I have little to say other than, I like Dr. Sen and those who work with him. They are very professional. Dr. Sen is thorough and patient with me. I tend to have many questions.

I only went for my initial appointment on letting me know what my results was. So, until I have further experience with them, then I will leave a different number. But for right now, they're doing what they can and they're letting me know what I need. When I go back for my next appointment, I'll know a lot better to write this phone call. Thank you.

Everyone there is very kind and professional. Dr. Sen is terrific. If left nothing out, knew what he had on his hands with me, what he wanted to do, and why. I thought he gave my wife and I a lot of information, what everything meant, and what he was about to do. I thought it a very good introduction to radiation oncology, my cancer, and Dr. Sen's treatment plan.

Both the nurse navigator and Dr. Sen were very open and ready with both questions and answers. Dr. Sen has a very calm demeanor, and was extremely well-prepared to discuss not only the reason I was there, but knew about a medical issue I have that is unrelated to the cancer, and worked that knowledge into the treatment plan.
