This was my final oncology annual follow up as I am ten years post cancer treatments. But I still received the same high level of care and attention as I did while undergoing treatment. While I'm hoping I never have to use the services again, I am very thankful for the level of professionalism and care every employee has shown over the past decade.

Always a pleasure

I felt like my case was dismissed as not significant enough for further examination. There was no physical examination of my legs, only another referral for another specialist and a filling of a prescription which I am already taking. I am not sure if this was the wrong specialist to see for my condition (recurring superficial blood clots), or of there was just truly nothing they could do to improve my condition besides agreeing with me about remaining on current meds and referring a different specialist. I was left more confused as to what exactly this appointment was supposed to accomplish.

We're pleased to meet everybody, but we don't know anything yet. The testing hasn't been performed that needs to be. It's several weeks out. So we really can't rate you on any quality of care because he hasn't gotten any. And he desperately needs it.

The new facitlity is very nice. Staff was very helpful letting me know where to go. It's always very efficient.

After getting my blood drawn, and after I asked about the flu shot, I saw Dr. Majithia. His first question to me as he walked through the doors actually his first any words to me were "what are you doing here?". My answer was because I have an appointment. I received a reminder call. And I even called in advance to talk about seeing my pet scan. If I ever need oncology again, it definitely won't be with Dr. Majithia. He has been difficult to get any information out of For quite some time. And now after this meeting, I am stunned at his lack of bedside manner, I guess you'd call it.

I think you folks have done everything very well. I can't think of anything you could do different. Everybody is helpful. They're nothing but nice. They're always friendly. I guess that's it. Hope you have a good day.

Dr Majithia and the team have been awesome in helping me get my health condition under control. I've improved under their care. Dr Majithia is intelligent and I have full trust in him. He is kind and takes interest in you as a person as well.

They did not have VA records from West Roxbury V hospital. Great service and they inspire confidence.

The new lab being downstairs has slowed things down so much...im late for my appt with my dr everytime now...and when I'm in the lab I see all the other techs standing around talking or just standing in their cubicles doing nothing while there's an entire full waiting room. This is the 2nd time I've seen this and it seems its always just one tech repeatedly taking people back while the others dont.

I'm sticking with this center because they are very kind and they are straight up with you!

I had a later appointment & I went directly to what use to be the check in. There was a sign on the desk that said proceed to check in. Not a sign that said we have moved check in & where it was moved to. So since it said proceed to check in I went down to the area that my appointment was thinking that you now check in where your appointment was. No one was at the desk. Finally another patient told me where to go to check in. My mistake made me late. I wish the message at the old check in was a little more detailed.

Dr. Majithia listens to my symptoms and has a plan to address them. He communicates well with me about my care plan.

Cancer treatment and care requires a level of very personal medical professionalism. Dr Majithia's team decidedly has this level of professionalism down to a science.

Yes, I think we need to do something about the medication coming up when you have treatments. I don't think that we should be sitting in the chair for an hour and 10 minutes waiting for the medication to come up. I know you're busy, but that's ridiculous. Thank you.

When I get down there to meet the oncologist, he comes in with no paperwork, told me he didn't look at any of the mammograms, the first or the second, said he didn't read the reports.

I've been a patient at Alfond Cancer Center for almost 3 years, so I'm a routine patient. I'm very satisfied with my care. I'll be glad when all the construction is complete but staff was helpful getting me used to the changes.

Yeah, Neil is great and his staff is great. I like the idea that it's more room at the Cancer Center now for patients. The only problem is in the emergency room there doesn't seem to be enough space for people. The only bad part I've had at the hospital is the six-hour wait at the emergency room for a bag of fluid. I was dehydrated. So everything's great over with Neil. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you.

Everything was fine except the lab situation was a bit confusing and there were a lot of mix-ups on the test that I had to take. But I hope everything's going to work out.

I had to make an appointment for my referral and then a appt for consultation and appt for surgery. I got reminders by mail, text msg and us mail for my surgery date. Get reminder again the night before surgery. I show up for surgery and was informed my surgery was canceled. Very disappointing. So much time and patience leading up to my surgery date just to have it canceled on the day of surgery. I have more procedures coming up that will now push this surgery even further out. So much work just to remove two lypoma and I'm still no closer.

I'd just like to say that the people there at the Alphonse Center, they just lift me up. When you have cancer and you just always feel anxious about when other things come out, until you find out just what is going on. So I do feel that I do get that information that I need to know when I come there and I leave feeling uplifted. Everybody is so nice. Thank you so much. Thank you.
