There was great like always

Provider Natalie and all nurses were fantastic. Jordan was great and when I had questions the next day the nurse was so kind and she and a provider researched my question to find information. Natalie called back to review findings and was very detailed in explaining results of bloodwork. Thank you!

At both emergency and express car the staff there was very kind and understanding, and they all took me seriously, and found a way to help me with my symptoms

Everyone there has always helped me through any illness I may have! It's seems to be always quick and easy! I only go if I have some sort of emergency

I was seen quickly and provided with exercise worksheets to help with my knee. Was sent for an X-ray and came out ok. Was also given instructions on the next steps and prescribed antibiotics. Mrs. Rousseau was her name. Thanks again!

Very great experience compared to the day before with northern light Sebasticook valley ED Pittsfield. After visiting your express care I felt confident in the care I received and educated and informed to start the healing process

My family has a long history with MGMC and we typically have positive experiences. Unfortunately this was not one of them.

I have not heard or had good experiences with maine general. I also had a bad experience here before. I will say the difference for the past til now is 1000% better and made me leave with mire trust in maine general than I have ever had and will return

My doctor was more than pleasant. I'd honestly say she's better than my primary!! I would highly recommend. I've never felt more comfortable in a doctors office ever.

Natalie Rousseau, FNP-C was excellent. She was a great listener. She was not condescending. The person who took vitals etc before Natalie was extremely caring and comforting. Wish I remembered her name.I have white coat syndrome, but these 2 providers put me at ease. I was not feeling my best. I had intense facial pain and ear pain. The person signing me in was very polite . I would recommend express Care . The wait was short which is great when you are not feeling well. All the professionals I encountered were welcoming and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and easy to talk with. They asked plenty of questions about my situation and explained everything I needed to know. They answered all my questions as well and made sure I knew what to do if things didn't improve. So far I'm doing very good. I'm glad I went.

I would definitely go back to the express care. The nurses and nurse practitioner that I had was superb. I was seeing quickly was treated quickly and all around great experience.

I was extremely happy with Natalie Rousseau as my provider. She was very intelligent and in tune with my symptoms and what was going on with me. She explained everything like a normal person and discussed treatment options. She also called to follow up with me a few days later. She is definitely an asset to your team there!

One of the best urgent Care places I've gone to with staff that actually listen, care about Patients and what's going on that brought people in there.

The NP was awful. She didn't listen to me, didn't perform a proper exam, and wanted me to undergo a slew of blood panels to figure out the issue, since she apparently wasn't adequately trained. I left crying, without any help for my concerns.

Better care than my own family physician

I have nothing but the best to say about your staff, your receptionists, your doctors, your triage nurses. Everyone was so helpful and caring. And I just can't say enough.

We always have a good experience at ExpressCare for the most part and this time was no different. The nurse was amazing. We've had her before and she's super amazing super kind and awesome with my kids and the doctor. I guess that we saw was also really nice we hadn't seen her before, but she was really nice And they took care of him so quickly that he felt better within hours. She knew exactly what to give him and it worked and he was super sick when he went in like scary sick. So once again, they have honestly done better than our regular primary care doctor. A huge thank you to the staff there for taking care of my boy.

During my examination I was only looked at for a few seconds, not all of where my problems were and feel I was Incorrectly diagnosed due to it

Outstanding experience. Though very busy, I was surprised at how quickly the process got me triaged and in a room, ready for Natalie to see me. Natalie took care of my wound, gave me a plan of follow-up, and I was out the door in no time. I hardly had time to break out my reading material. The team was great from start to finish. I would have like predizone but they wouldn't subcrub it for me.

I just wish I could have had an mri then and there but I know that's just a fantasy!! Ms. Rousseau was outstanding!!!

The front desk was not able to provide me an estimate for seeing the dr and the phone number is a voicemail that is returned well after visit. Ball park estimates for uninsured would be helpful. The front desk was extremely polite and helpful but unable to provide me with any sense of the cost (probably not their fault) the Doctor was excellent. Provided plenty of additional information regarding tick bites/ lymes etc.

This is the second time I have had to go there for a different reason, and both times they have been awesome! I was in a lot of pain both times and they gave me the right fix both times.
