The NP was awful. She didn't listen to me, didn't perform a proper exam, and wanted me to undergo a slew of blood panels to figure out the issue, since she apparently wasn't adequately trained. I left crying, without any help for my concerns.

Better care than my own family physician

I have nothing but the best to say about your staff, your receptionists, your doctors, your triage nurses. Everyone was so helpful and caring. And I just can't say enough.

We always have a good experience at ExpressCare for the most part and this time was no different. The nurse was amazing. We've had her before and she's super amazing super kind and awesome with my kids and the doctor. I guess that we saw was also really nice we hadn't seen her before, but she was really nice And they took care of him so quickly that he felt better within hours. She knew exactly what to give him and it worked and he was super sick when he went in like scary sick. So once again, they have honestly done better than our regular primary care doctor. A huge thank you to the staff there for taking care of my boy.

During my examination I was only looked at for a few seconds, not all of where my problems were and feel I was Incorrectly diagnosed due to it

Outstanding experience. Though very busy, I was surprised at how quickly the process got me triaged and in a room, ready for Natalie to see me. Natalie took care of my wound, gave me a plan of follow-up, and I was out the door in no time. I hardly had time to break out my reading material. The team was great from start to finish. I just wish I could have had an mri then and there but I know that's just a fantasy!! Ms. Rousseau was outstanding!!!

The front desk was not able to provide me an estimate for seeing the dr and the phone number is a voicemail that is returned well after visit. Ball park estimates for uninsured would be helpful. The front desk was extremely polite and helpful but unable to provide me with any sense of the cost (probably not their fault) the Doctor was excellent. Provided plenty of additional information regarding tick bites/ lymes etc.

This is the second time I have had to go there for a different reason, and both times they have been awesome! I was in a lot of pain both times and they gave me the right fix both times.

I was very impressed with how quickly I was seen especially being a walk- in with no appointment. Everyone was super-nice including reception.

The people are friendly, caring, and professional. They even checked back with me in a few days to see how I was feeling. She told me that I was on the best medication. I am thankful that we have Express Care here in Augusta, Maine.

The staff was all wonderful. I'm am extremely impressed and pleased with Maine General walk-in on Main Street in Waterville. It was my first visit. And now I feel a lot safer... especially with all the stuff going on with inland

We brought our baby in when he was having difficulty breathing and we waited 3 hours to be seen and they acted like it was a cold. They said his lungs sounded great and sent us home with eye drops. We ended up going to another emergency room the next day and he had influenza and severe pneumonia

They were very helpful and sympathetic to the fact that my doctors are from Northern Lights and that I needed help finding a doctor.

I appreciated the fact that they listened attentively to my concerns about current pain, took pervious health diagnosis into account when discussing the next steps with ordering Imaging of my spine. As a patient sometimes we forget to describe if the pain is muscular/ or more internal- I did my part of explaining the more internal pain I was feeling, and she listened well and ordered imaging so we could start the diagnosis part of the process.

When I came in with my quite severe, leaking "puss" burn wounds on both legs, the people assisting me were absolutely fantastic!! Did all they could to bring my legs back from the horrific burn experienced. The only downside I could say, is when coming in and getting registered, it was mentioned that the fresh gauze dressing we just put on at home, (been changing every 30 minutes), was already soaked thru, that I was hoping to be seen asap. The puss from my legs was creating a puddle under my feet just minutes after getting checked in. It was just over an hour of sitting before anyone was able to look at what I was going thru. We were running to the bathroom to get paper towels to clean up the puddles I was creating from the wounds. I understand that everyone that came into express care has an issue, all will get their turn. Some peoples issues/reasons for going to express care are more involved than others. I don't wanna sound like I was more important then anyone else, but anyone seeing what I was going thru would say that I shouldn't have had to sit for over 60 minutes before any attention was done for my legs. Things are in a much better place now that the amazing nurse was able to treat me. I just didn't think I should have needed to sit over 60 minutes with that kind of burn injury, my bodily fluids leaking all over, before someone could take a look at me. Had we had an idea of that, we would have brought additional fresh gauze to put on my leg, instead of trying to soak up the liquid leaking out from the fresh gauze put on when leaving the homestead. My treatment was amazing. The wait for treatment time, not so much.

Yes, I was very fortunate to get Natalie Rousseau as my practitioner when I came in for an eye issue. She was very thorough in her assessment, in her ordering for the medication and what I needed to do. It was a very pleasant experience. I got in in record time, seen in record time and was out in record time. Very, very pleased with the system.

My coworkers in the pod were amazing and instrumental in getting me help when I was in severe pain. The express care staff were fast and efficient and reassuring during the entire time. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The ambulance was called for me in a timely fashion and EMS came and my coworkers made sure I had my belongings before I left. I work with a very caring team and I couldn't have managed without them. I had a massive gallbladder attack shortly after returning from lunch. They managed to get ne a nurse and get me registered fast. MaineGeneral Health has an amazing staff working for them. I'm truly blessed to have been in great hands.

The nurse who saw me took her time explained what she thought could be the issue and explained the whole process and didn't make me feel like she was trying to rush me out the door where there was other people waiting to be seen.

Whomever the nurse was in Urgent care quite literally might have saved my life. I had a stroke and immediately ran to me at registration and called an ambulance. Her care for me as a human, her words, her actions blew my mind. I will definitely be sending her a thank you card.
