My previous physician (NP) left the practice abruptly with no communication. The transition is inadequate. I was assigned an appointment with the newly assigned (NP), without any consultation of timing. You can do better!

Maine General has been an enormous relief to me !!! For this particular visit I saw my PCP. Monica Graves is SUPERB !! Willing to listen to me even though I am long winded and speak fast !! She keeps up with me ! Awesome luv her .

Nurse practitioner Graves was very insightful and caring. Unfortunately she is booked up with patients that im not sure if she will be my go-to PCP. Im not happy about this. She needs help so we can keep a good relationship !

Person I was suppose to see didn't show up for work. Didn't even call in. Waited 90 minutes. They got someone else to see me. I have health issues and your hospital doesn't care. Your workers are awsome! Administration is horrible!!

I really liked the wellness visit with Melissa prior to my visit with Monica, who, along with the intake nurse Molly, were excellent, friendly, and professional.

I have full confidence in Monica. I feel she is very knowledgeable. She listened to me and I would see her versus a doctor anytime. And I am very, very happy with Monica.

I am happy with my current care. I worry about providers leaving and having to start with a new provider. I don't like changing as often as I have.

Monica Graves was very knowledgeable about my history and very knowledgeable explaining the vaccines available for me as well as the side effects of my medications I'm currently taking and ones she prescribed. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Its normally fine except this last visit the guy at check in insisted I had a copay for a 6mo check up which is not true so I h a d to pay and call your business office when I got home to straighten it out.it was very frustrating!

The lab wait time was completely unacceptable in Augusta. I too am an inpatient employee. I was sixth person to get in line for labs and checked in. I got there at 630am and STILL did not get back to get drawn until 820!!! Knowing census was low, I thought they'd have more availability with plebs. It did not matter. And when I asked my lab tech why is it taking so long, she didn't address it. She said, yes everyone has to wait. When I took my jacket it off & she saw my badge, then said, oh you work here. I used to get labs done in 15 minutes after a night shift. It was VERY frustrating and I can only imagine how patients feel

The thing I don't like about this office is the inability to get return phone calls or messages to providers or from providers in a timely manner. . .one or two days. Sometimes we get no return phone call at all regarding phone messages that we leave. Also, don't like how scheduled appointments are changed to different days and times without our input or consent. Otherwise the staff is very kind.

The piece of furniture a patient is expected to sit on, had what looked like possible, excrement, or dirt mixed in with hair on the floor. I asked what it was, and they thought it might be oil from the hydraulics- regardless it should've been cleaned up and taken care of.

First visit to establish as a patient. Review of history Due for Physical in Jan, First available appt in MAY But if any problems or annual tests are due before May date was told I could call and they would work on it.

She does a great job, very thorough, helpful, great job.

And probably that's to my detriment, because it's harder now to get in to see her, however. But anyway, she does a very fine job. My husband and I both go to her, and we're very pleased with her. I had Monica Graves, and she was a very good person. We talked about everything and all of my stuff. It was my first visit with her. It was a very good meeting. She's a very nice person.

This is my Mom's first visit to the clinic and with Monica so while we definitely had a positive experience with the clinic and Monica time will time if that will stay the course or change.

Nothing more at this time, too soon to give feedback on a brief visit to establish contact with a new team. Although scheduling seems to be very difficult to find a good time for next appointment. Having to do so seven months out seems extreme. Healthcare in the region seems unbelievably strained by local closures and insurance restraints. Hopefully this will change in time. This is certainly nothing against the new care providers, this applies to higher up. I'd love to recommend to family and friends, but recent closure strained the system. This location isn't accepting any new patients.

Great practice, both medical and office. Considering the past several years of difficulty in finding and retaining MDs, there has been no decrease in professional or personal care. Office staff are always congenial and helpful (they were in the midst of a computer glitch at check-in, yet carried on with grace and a little comic relief which benefitted everyone, staff and patients alike)

Look, she was very good, Monica Graves, but I don't think 20 minutes is enough time to really talk to the doctor about all my needs.

It was my first visit to this office. The visit went well.

Monica was wonderful. It's my first time meeting her. She took notes and I asked her about a specific test and she was more than happy to accommodate to that test as more details than just the basic like my thyroid. There's four tests that can be done for that and she was more than happy to accommodate that. She is just very accommodating to me and pulling the questions and answers out of me, imprompting and cuing me because sometimes I forget. She's wonderful. I think I'm gonna work great with her. I was very pleased with her overall. I really liked her. She was really nice, really pleasant, seemed to be very smart and attentive. I was very happy with her. I'm glad I chose her as my primary care.
