I Am extremely happy with All the great care I have received from the whole team at Maine General. I am very grateful for this.

I have a shoulder injury. Molly was very helpful in suggesting physical therapy. The problem is that the PT schedule is very crowded. I was supposed to see Molly again in 6 weeks to evaluate how PT was working. The appt was made with Molly before the PT was scheduled. It should be reversed . I could only begin PT one week before my already scheduled appt with Molly so I had to change it. This isn't efficient.

Molly Nadeau was excellent and demonstrated that she cared about me personally as well as my health 100 %. And most importantly addressed my medical problems very satisfactory.

They are wonderful to deal with; I loved them all.

I love ?? this place ,always so friendly no matter how busy they are. You can really tell the all work as a team. Molly is always so Nice and friendly to me no matter ? what she answers and helps me understand what exactly is going on with me. 10 stars ? for this amazing practices I get to be part of.

Molly Nadeau, PA-C - is a rockstar! I didn't appreciate when I checking in to learn another pt had the same time as me 9:40am (right in from of me) so I was forced to wait.... silly to double book and force someone to wait. Molly was quick once I was in the exam room.

Molly Nadeau always take the time for me to explain any questions that I might have. Never makes me feel rushed.

It really doesn't matter who I see. I have a few doctors that I do see they are. Everybody is wonderful, caring, courteous. You have a really good bunch of people there

Molly was very kind and informative.

Staff was very well informed and the directions were accurate.

It was disconcerting that the PA didn't have it in her records that I am receiving PT right there twice a week since my surgery! Are the two computer systems still not integrated? And asking if anything had changed since I was last there, like, the day before? Why are PT and ortho not more closely integrated? Things like that subtlety erode 100% confidence.

The medical assistant that brought me in made sure I understood everything, was very nice, was very professional. I like Molly very much. She asked me questions. I felt like she listened to me. It was a great visit.

It was so efficient and being able to get initial imaging done before meeting with the doctor was helpful.

The woman who checked me in was absolutely wonderful! I only wish I could remember her name. The MA was very nice and so was the Radiology Tech. My provider was wonderful at showing me my X-rays and explaining them. She discussed options and listened to me. Great job everyone!!

I don't feel that they had any compassion or thought anything of what they did. As far as I'm concerned, I will never go there again.

They have all been extremely compassionate and kind. I honestly don't remember ever having such a special team of professionals helping me. And they really seem to bend over backwards to help me get the help I need in a time frame that I requested.

Molly was not a good physician. She missed my first appointment

I was surprised when the doctor came in and saw me, she said I know you. I remembered her also. She treated me in Waterville almost 9 or 10 years ago. I was getting injections in my right knee. She was the last one I saw and she said if it still hurts come get another shot. She must of done well it's lasted over 10 years. Hope she works her magic again?.

I understand that scheduling is what it is, but the fact that it took me seven weeks after a fall to get in to see somebody was pretty hard for me because it affects my work life. But that's the only thing I have to say about that. The team has been fantastic. Everybody was great. It just took too long to get in to see somebody.

Staff they all were amazing friendly very pleasant staff.

Service was vary fast, I was in and out in less than an hour, even with having to get x-rays. The doctor and student doctor were amazing and vary knowledgeable.

Very efficient all around. Molly was lovely and helpful.

Yeah, I want to thank everybody for a very successful meeting. The x-rays came off a little bit late, but they were having problems with their machine. But the folks I dealt with were extremely gracious, and the information that I received, very helpful. So I would recommend highly this particular endeavor.

She is a knowledgeable, calm, reassuring professional. It tickles me that each time I visit the office the registrars greet me by name and a "great to see you again." This genuine welcome makes me happy for the rest of the day.
