This was my first visit to MGH and this provider. Due to past experiences at other facilities I was terrified my husband and I would be dismissed yet again. We were not! Dr. Montgomery and her MA (I'm sorry I can't think of your name!) were so kind, attentive, reassuring, supportive, genuinely interested in us and the family we raised. We concluded the visit with hope and feeling an actual part of my medical care instead of feeling like a spectator. Registration: I work in ER registration at another non-MGH facility. You were welcoming, pleasant, asked all the right questions. When the credit card reader didn't work, you didn't panic, get flustered or frustrated. You asked a co-worker to process my co-pay. It was so smooth. Kudos to you and the desk team!

The doctor was wonderful.

I've seen almost all the drs here and Dr. Montgomery is the ONLY Dr that seems to actually care. I requested to only see her from now on but she is so booked that I cannot for another month. The other drs just come in, check their boxes and leave. They missed many important things they should have told me and made me do. Thankfully Dr. Montgomery stepped up.

Dr Montgomery is truly the best. She is knowledgeable, relatable, kind, and you can tell she loves what she does!

The care that I received at this facility and especially from Dr. Montgomery was exceptional compared to the care that I received from a different facility in my last pregnancy. She was very informative, very friendly, asked consent for every single move she made near my body, with my body. She was just an all-around wonderful person to work with. I went through many complications healing due to my own busy body and my body being slower healing in general. If it wasn't for Dr. Montgomery I would have been very discouraged. She was very informative and very attentive to my post op complications. She was just simply great at her job. I'm actually going to miss my every 2 week visits ? not really but I appreciated her being my Dr through this whole procedure.

Dr. Montgomery was excellent. Very thorough and told me all I needed to consider when making a decision. She talked to me woman to woman and I really appreciated her honesty and care. She was wonderful.

Dr. Montgomery is an amazing provider. She throughly reviews your charts before the appointment so she's very prepared to ask all the right questions. She truly cares about the whole person and not just the body. She also was open to holistic treatments along with pharmaceuticals. I highly recommend her!

I saw Dr. Montgomery. Even though she was running behind (due to being on call), she did not rush my appointment. She presented new ideas that hadn't been offered or even discussed at other appointments. It was evident she had read notes from my previous pregnancy and even knew my oldest daughter's name. She thoroughly listened to my ideas and concerns. I can only hope she is there for my delivery. I trust her with my and my daughter's life! Cannot say enough good things!

Dr. Montgomery has a way of putting a patient at ease during what is an awkward, and for me, painful experience. She remembered to use the smallest speculum and talked me through all parts of the exam. She seems to take a personal interest in her patients, and I feel as if I have known her for many years, despite it only being three years. She is extremely sensitive and sympathetic, and I feel reassured by her.

Dr. Montgomery is one of the most compassionate practitioners I have ever been fortunate enough to work with. She takes her patient's entire wellbeing into consideration when providing care. Her kindness, particularly through more difficult times that brought me to the practice, has been a welcomed gift as I navigate this medical journey that she is part of. I feel taken care of as a human, not just a medical procedure or case. MaineGeneral, and the community at large, is lucky to have such a doctor in our community caring for people. I cannot thank her enough for the care she has given me, and I am sure many others have stories similar to mine.

Dr. Michelle Montgomery is an excellent provider. I trust her with all of my health and I am lucky that I am one of her patients.

The referral process was very frustrating. There seemed to have been technical difficulties and it would have been helpful if the referring and receiving offices coordinated directly instead of keeping me in the middle. However, once the referral was completed, everything about my experience was very positive. Dr. Montgomery was the most helpful doctor I've experienced in years.
