Everything about my procedure went well, and the medical staff were very good. I am very satisfied with the experience. However, billing always seems to be an issue. I have secondary insurance and have had it since before I started using Maine General, yet no one ever seems aware of it, and it's caused an issue with the billing. I'm not sure why this is so complicated.

The staff here from the front desk registration to seeing the Dr was professional and done in a timely manor.

Since the office shares space with urgent care, the waiting area was extra large, and I did not know where to sit in order to hear my name called when it was my time to go into the exam room. Subsequently, my name was called several times and I never heard it, but Dr. Clark - Kelley knew what I looked like and came out to find me.

Dr. Kelley, Meghan, MA and Receptionists are helpful, compassionate, respectful and highly professional.
