Appointment was scheduled for 8:30. Assistant was on time doing her aspect of the appointment. Waited almost an hour after she finished to see the doctor. He was thorough and took the time to decide how best to proceed. Perhaps less patients scheduled would prevent the excessive wait to see the doctor so he could thoroughly evaluate & assist each patient without the backlog.

Office was running about an hour behind. No mention of it when I checked in ON TIME. My time is valuable too. Letting patients know they are running behind would be the courteous thing to do. Very frustrating!

The care with Michael Nolan was absolutely wonderful. He was energetic, was able to get my daughter's attention, and he excelled in explaining things to me as a parent who didn't exactly know what was going on. When it came to scheduling the appointment, it was very difficult to get it scheduled. The PSR was rude whenever I called following up on a referral, telling me I would never be able to get in because they were short-staffed. I called multiple times on this. And then when they finally found a cancellation that she was able to get in for, she called and said, you're coming at 930 tomorrow at a three o'clock call. There was no discussion on if I would be able to make it. That was when I had to come. Check-in staff was absolutely wonderful. And then the checkout person didn't even ask the patient's name or anything.

I'm very impressed with the way you guys treated my child. You guys were very enjoyable for her. You made her visit fun. She even had a moment where she needs to have eye drops put in her eye, and she does not like any liquid on her face, especially in her eyes. And Dr. Nolan went out of his way to make her feel very comfortable, and he even offered her stickers to kind of help her calm down. I just really appreciate the quality of care that you guys gave us and would 10 out of 10 recommend to the next patient.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. But the wait time to be seen was more than a half hour after my scheduled appointment.

The medical staff was great. Dr. Nolan was amazing, and so was the rest of his care team. As for the registration or front desk staff, they were kind for the most part. But when my daughter's appointment, I called to confirm it. They provided me the date from the wrong year and then proceeded to tell me how it was my fault, and then got mad when I couldn't take the very next available day, which I just found to be very rude. But as for the medical staff, they did a great job. Thank you.

Hello. The doctor was helpful, informed. He was rushed, and I did not have time to ask follow-up questions, not because he wasn't willing to entertain them, but because he didn't invite them, I think, because he was preoccupied with the lateness of the day. But in general, my evaluation is positive. Thanks.

I am just so happy with the staff and my doctor. They are doing the right things by me as I have a rare condition.

The doctor and the nurse that my granddaughter had for her eye exam was extremely patient, extremely well-mannered and tempered and did everything right. It was a very pleasant experience.

It would be great if there was a website or a printed summary of your visit or something like that. I guess I'm just used to that from other practices I liked Dr. Nolan.

It was disappointing to wait until 2 pm for my 1:30 appointment with Dr. Nolan . Then after 15 minutes with a tech I had another 45 minute wait for the Dr. This is too long to be left in a room with the door closed and no reading material- and most importantly no one checking in now and then to update what is going on. As to Dr. Nolan - he was excellent in every way - gave me a thorough exam, was encouraging, kind and friendly . Couldn't ask for more!

Dr. Nolan and his team is so great at making my child feel comfortable. He actually looks forward to his eye appointments and hopes he gets to "see the dinosaurs". It also helps that Dr. Nolan went out of his way to make sure my child got a sticker they liked (going home with 2).. lol. Very great experience!

Extremely long wait time every time I have been there. 45+ minutes waiting for the doctor at each appointment. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointments, waited in the waiting lobby about 10 minutes each time and then once seated in the exam room have had to wait more than 45 minutes each time.

Dr Nolan is the best

Hi, we have to arrive early for our appointment for registration, which is fine, but then we waited for almost an hour before the doctor came in to see us once we even got into the room. That is not acceptable. If we have to show up early to register, the doctor should be on time.

I believe it was the best part of my day. Every one is very nice. Thank you all
