Thayer is definitely going into a different mode/direction. I think it's going the right way. Big changes and good changes. Impressed!

Dr. Neilson is a wonderful doctor. I trust him completely and he is very, very caring and very kind. He's very thorough and always shows a lot of concern for any questions that I might have. He's just a wonderful doctor. Thank you very much.

Dr. Neilson was really great. He explained everything very well. He knew alot about Chrons which impressed me & understood my not wanting to take any more medicine for it.

Everything was perfect. I always have quality care when I go there. I have just one issue and it's not an issue, but just to make you aware. I had two ultrasound appointments and an appointment with a physician to follow and they were very nice. They got me in early. But as I was registering, I kind of got the impression that the registrar wanted me to check in at ultrasound. And she started to direct me and I said, yeah, but I'm checking in for Dr. Neilson too. I don't know, it just seemed like it wasn't necessary. But anyway, I do love the care in your facility. It's beautiful. People are nice. Thank you very much. You have a good day. Goodbye.

Dr. Neilson was great. However, the check-in process and the wait time was much longer than it should have been. It was an hour total, but once we got to see the doctor, he was fantastic. So I do thank him for that. However, getting in and being able to see him took much too long to be able to do that. Overall, happy with the experience.

I always arrive early. I did for this appointment and was driving away at the scheduled time.

I felt like I was blown off, no testing was done, that was it.

Very professional and explained every step concerning my health.

The nurse in the recovery room did not have to clap her hands repeatedly to wake me up from anesthesia, which was very annoying and unprofessional!

I have been to maine general on several occasions I have always found the staff to be friendly , professional, and helpful

One year ago (and for 3 years before that) was unable to walk without excruciating pain but I did anyway because it is required in my job. On my days off I only walked what was necessary because it hurt so bad. Today I average a half a mile + more daily than over the past four years. The surgery Dr Neilson performed was nothing short of miraculous! Thank you Dr Neilson and the Maine General Vascular team!

Appointment time was confusing, had to be listed at a different time in the system. Didn't realize for a while until I was told later the time was just a place holder. System kept producing reminders for the incorrect time. I should have been told this would happen.
