Everyone from the registration person to the staff and Dr Kipp were so very welcoming and helpful. My granddaughter is intellectually disabled Everyone was very friendly and Dr Kipp was wonderful, explained everything so that she felt included . We could not have asked for better.

Dr Kipp managed a very sensitive interview and care visit as my wife died recently and I was having difficulty composing myself. He asked good questions that showed his concern and empathy.

Dr Kipp was very clear about my problems. He shared the X-ray with me so I understood completely about what needed to be done. He was kind and professional.

This was my first time meeting Trish the MA and Dr. Kipp. So impressed with their professional, caring approach to my care. Very pleased with the visit!

Dr. Kipp and his crew did a super job on me. I thought my toe was disconnected and my thought was bad, my foot was bad, but he felt it all over and it looks beautiful and I think he did a super good job.

Dr. Kipp has always taken the time to explain symptoms and needed procedures thoroughly. He is respectful of my healthcare needs. He is always positive in his approach and took great care when preforming the procedure as that part of my foot was quite painful. I appreciate all of his efforts.

Dr Kipp is the best. He is very professional and knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. This is a very rare combination these days. Our community is so incredibly fortunate to have him practicing here.

Dr. Kipp, along with his staff, were professional & friendly. The staff was helpful & made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Kipp made sure I understood what the problem is & options to correct it! On a side note, while I was waiting to be called to the back, several waiting patients were trying to help an elderly man into the building, took a wheelchair out to him & then helped him into the cubicle to register. After he was registered, he was attempting to back out of the cubicle in the wheelchair - there was no staff to assist him. I went over and backed the chair out the door and wheeled him over to the waiting area. I don't know how he got to the building but it was a shame there wasn't someone on the staff to do this.

I think Dr. Kipp's bedside manner is amazing. I felt listened to and heard. I did not feel rushed. He explained things to me accurately and in a way that made me feel comfortable and not pressured to pursue any procedure that I was not comfortable with. I think he's an excellent doctor.

Although it was a long wait to get the appointment, I was very pleased with the care I received. When I arrived for my appointment, they got me in right on time, after meeting with the nurse, who was great, the doctor came in promptly and explained what I might be experiencing, and said that x-rays and and scan would be needed to make a proper diagnosis. The doctor had a great bedside manner, he explained things clearly and used images to explain what he was saying, and he carefully and patiently answered all of my questions.

Dr. Kipp was excellent by letting my talk and explain and he gave me treatment without hesitation. He was very thorough and informative.

The doctor was very pleasant and very nice and very helpful. The only thing that needs to change is when someone tries to call, they never answer their phone, always on hold for two hours. And when you leave a message, they never call you back.

The first lady that called to schedule my appointment was very rude but when I called back the second person was very nice and helpful. When I got there for my appointment everyone through the process was professional. The nurse was very kind and the doctor was very helpful and listened to me.

Ridiculously difficult for an established patient to get a timely appointment for an acute problem. Otho schedulers obviously have little to no medical knowledge, and are certainly incapable of triage. Actual medical folk are fine

Stay on the same page with the patient. Don't make judgments based on what you think you know. Make judgments based on what the patient says, or ask questions. Kind of friendly, but not too friendly. Kind of nice, but appointments get scheduled six months apart. It's too much for the male swimming. Thank you very much.

The nurse that works with nails, foot care and nails, I thought was excellent. She was able to get me an appointment earlier than I had booked. And she was very thorough. Everything that happened in the doctor's office with Dr Kipp was ? optimal. Beyond that, it was an unmitigated disaster. Had to call the office three times-a total of nearly an hour in the phone the day after my appointment -to find out that (1) the prescription was not sent; (2) the prescription was sent to Kennebec, even though I had specifically discusses with Maureen that it should be sent to Walgreen's in Oakland; and (3) that the office did not even know that Kennebec Pharmacy does not handle medical prescriptions any longer. This was a very unsatisfactory experience.

My only problem was having to wait 4 months after my doctor's referral to be examined by Dr. Kipp. He did a wonderful job, and made excellent recommendations for helping to reduce pain and inflammation.

The registration was very inviting and competent. They called me in to see Dr. Kipp promptly. Dr.Kipp has a wonderful personality and is confident in his care. He thoroughly went over my x-rays and gave a detailed explanation of required procedure. Including, pre-op to operation to post-op. He talked and walked with me directing me to the exit. We were both laughing as we departed! Super Nice!

I am still waiting for a schedule for an ultrasound of my foot.
