The first lady that called to schedule my appointment was very rude but when I called back the second person was very nice and helpful. When I got there for my appointment everyone through the process was professional. The nurse was very kind and the doctor was very helpful and listened to me.

Ridiculously difficult for an established patient to get a timely appointment for an acute problem. Otho schedulers obviously have little to no medical knowledge, and are certainly incapable of triage. Actual medical folk are fine

Dr. Micheal Kipp is wonderful and very knowledgeable. The appointment was on time & I'm very satisfied with everyone at the Podiatry Clinic.

Stay on the same page with the patient. Don't make judgments based on what you think you know. Make judgments based on what the patient says, or ask questions. Kind of friendly, but not too friendly. Kind of nice, but appointments get scheduled six months apart. It's too much for the male swimming. Thank you very much.

The nurse that works with nails, foot care and nails, I thought was excellent. She was able to get me an appointment earlier than I had booked. And she was very thorough. I especially liked Dr. Kipp. I felt he went into detail about my foot. He ordered an x-ray. He asked pertinent questions. He explained everything well to me and I was extremely pleased with Dr. Kipp. I would refer anybody to him.

Everything that happened in the doctor's office with Dr Kipp was ? optimal. Beyond that, it was an unmitigated disaster. Had to call the office three times-a total of nearly an hour in the phone the day after my appointment -to find out that (1) the prescription was not sent; (2) the prescription was sent to Kennebec, even though I had specifically discusses with Maureen that it should be sent to Walgreen's in Oakland; and (3) that the office did not even know that Kennebec Pharmacy does not handle medical prescriptions any longer. This was a very unsatisfactory experience.

My only problem was having to wait 4 months after my doctor's referral to be examined by Dr. Kipp. He did a wonderful job, and made excellent recommendations for helping to reduce pain and inflammation.

The registration was very inviting and competent. They called me in to see Dr. Kipp promptly. Dr.Kipp has a wonderful personality and is confident in his care. He thoroughly went over my x-rays and gave a detailed explanation of required procedure. Including, pre-op to operation to post-op. He talked and walked with me directing me to the exit. We were both laughing as we departed! Super Nice!

I am still waiting for a schedule for an ultrasound of my foot.

I was in agony waiting for the pcp office to arrange a consultation referral to this office. It should not have taken so long. Dr Kipp and the staff at this office was excellent.

Dr. Kipp has performed two foot surgeries on me in the past. I feel very confident in his abilities to take care of my foot and ankle issues. He is very professional and explains exactly what is causing the issues and the types of treatment available to me. He is also very congenial and has the ability to make a patient feel comfortable and at ease.

Very positive experience. Medical assistant was friendly and professional and Dr. Kipp explained my upcoming procedure thoroughly and answered questions I had.

Ladies there are so kind and respectful. Go over and beyond the call of duty. And ask the second I get there if I know where I am going. Direct and show me or escort me. Such professionalism client care. Water like location is amazing compared to Augusta location afterhours is a nightmare.

The doctor was very knowledgeable, helpful & willing to work with me to accomplish my wellness goal. He was extremely pleasant & went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable with the plans.

I had to wait 10 days to see Dr Kipp after the Express Care visit. It seemed like a long time but maybe that is the expected wait time. Other than that, all has been great care.

Dr Kipp is such a kind man. My foot recovery isn't going as I had planned but he's working with me to try and remedy that. I always leave feeling like he's the nicest doctor.
