My whole family has gone to Waterville. Well, my sister and I went to Waterville Pediatrics pretty much our entire adolescence. And we knew when we would have children of our own, we would bring them there. There was no doubt knowing that Dr. Melissa Taylor would be the ideal doctor for our children. She listens and she takes us very seriously, even to the most ridiculous anecdotes we have to say.

It would be helpful if when parents called, someone answered the phone.

I think it's really important, especially with younger children, that the, maybe medical assistant or nurse, the person that first comes in the room with you when you check in, have the skills to be able to be personable with the child and make them feel comfortable, calm and at ease. That would be my one piece of feedback, is that I would look for that from the person that's taking the temperature and measuring and weighing. That's all. Thank you.
