I've had some terrible experiences with Medical personnel! I choose to go to the Waterville office because they are much more kind and they listen to you. I was not aware that if I hadn't seen my doctor for two years that I wouldn't have a doctor anymore. But VERA made sure I got in to see my PCP, Meghan Thornberg, within a week and a half of calling for an appointment. VERA is AWESOME! I also had a very good experience, as usual, with Dr. Meghan Thornberg. I felt very heard, listened to, and treated with kindness by her & her nurse.

We thought that the care that we got while we were there was the top notch and that everybody that worked with us was fantastic. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Meghan. I find her to be very thorough. She pays attention and she acts like she cares. She's totally devoted to taking care of my needs when she's with me. And I really appreciate it.

Meghan is amazing

I had a great experience. My only concern was the number of employees entering and exiting the blood draw room when I was having my blood drawn. At one point there were A total of 5/staff including the lab tech! I feel this many people in such a small space increases the likelyhood of contamination or error! Employees were going in and out without washing their hands.

The quality of the discharge instruction sheet was very poor and difficult to read. They need to be reprinted.

My care is exceptional and has been since I went there. No better anywhere!

Meaghan is always so thorough and doesn't make you feel rushed. The lab girls are always great....never an issue when I have to give blood.

All staff were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable in their area. Dr.Thornberg is caring and willing to question you in a thoughtful manner.

I would like to make up what I want to put in my own body. I'm in a lot of pain now with no help. I have been like this for a long time. I just wish that they would listen to me instead of brushing it way like it's nothing.

I am extremely thankful for everyone at the office where my appointment was. I truley felt heard and cared for. I felt and saw their empathy and concern. As far as I was told, the US and mammogram order was clarified as STAT which is supposed to take precedence over routine imaging orders. I advised that I was available to go to any location to help speed up the appointment because we are trying to rule out a very aggressive breast cancer. I assumed STAT would be within a few (2-3) days not almost 2 weeks. I wonder how Meghan feels about the 12 day wait. This cancer can progress in weeks and its urgent to rule out as soon as possible with my symptoms and family history of cancer.

Meghan thornburg was incredible. She was thoughtful and listened intently to my concerns. She addressed everything and made me feel heard and helped so much. I am grateful for the experience of having her as a doctor

The only negative is that since the providers are so busy I was unable to schedule a 5 week follow up as the next available date was in 8 weeks. It would be wise to find a way to have more flexibility when scheduling providers to allow for more timely follow up appointments.

I was prescribed a prescription that was not appropriate with my current medical condition as well potentially harmful.

I have been at patient at Elmwood Primary since their beginning. When my awesome provider retired I was a little nervous. No need to worry! Meghan Thornberg is a wonderful provider. She truly cares for her patients. Health concerns listened to and a two way communication on next steps. Maine General has an exception provider
