Very unorganized No nurse follow up had to call multiple times after waiting a month for my test results! All they did was kept transfer me to the nurse who never answers her phone or returns a phone call seriously I think you could do better at patient care and access. Then they say well you could go on the portal my portal has no information on it and to try to get someone to access it has been another challenge I don't think that people and patients who spend most of the day trying to navigate their own health care. You can do better than this!! I can't recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Megan Wei was wonderful. She was kind, caring, and answered all my questions. I couldn't have asked for better care!

Every one of the four people I encountered were professional, caring, and put me at ease.

My first visit with Megan Wei. She seemed to know her medicine well, but everything was communicated rather rap and I processed it a little bit slower. So I'd appreciate if she talked a little bit slower and I'd appreciate if there was time for me to ask questions. There really wasn't much time. It was a very brief meeting.

There's not enough staff for sure, and it's hard to get specialist when you need them. I have some complaints but nothing to big, it is what it is

The doctors, nurses and staff are the most caring group of healthcare providers. They are respectful, truly care about me and listen to me. I couldn't ask for a better doctors office

I was disappointed with my appointment and feel like it was a wasted appointment. To me it always feels like I am rushed in our visits and she thinks the training Dr went over everything with me, so she doesn't need to. My visit with her is short. It's hard to connect with her. I don't get a head to toe physical with her.

The nurses were super good with me. They were making sure I was ok the entire time! Ive been going here since i was small
