The only feedback I have is that Megan is awesome and she takes care of all three of my kids and I'm so grateful for her consistency through the transition going from independent to being part of the main general organization and I just want to say that I appreciate her and everything that she does for my kiddos and overall the office is generally really, really good. Dr. Megan Bell herself has always made me feel extremely comfortable and heard and never forced anything I was uncomfortable with. So, her and herself is the reason that I stay at Waterville Peds. Thank you.

The PA and medical assistant we saw were both great. They were both kind and attentive. They happily answered all of my questions. I had a completely different experience with front desk check in person. She spoke to me in a hostile manner when I had a question regarding the appointment. She was very cold and unwelcoming. She also happened to be the same person who answered the phone when I scheduled the appointment, and I had an awful experience speaking with her on the phone as well. To sum it up, the medical team was fantastic and the front office staff was miserable.
