I'm not really sure what you meant facility. Was it facility at the orthopedics office or facility when I was in bed at the hospital? The orthopedic office was fine and the hospital was poor.

I came into the clinic. It was a good experience

Meagan was fantastic, as was Nicole the MA and the imaging staff.

I was treated with respect and kindness. All was explained well at a difficult time for me.

I felt empowered to make an informed decision on my care, which I was able to receive at that appointment. My care and treatment was pleasantly painless and my aftermath is so far as predicted by the provider. I am very happy with the medical services.

This visit was pre-op about knee surgery this NP whom we have never met although we met a PA and a doctor now we see someone else we don't know and my husband asked her so which need do you think we're doing and she got it wrong and then she asked him same bunch of questions that I have a she asked over the phone last week. He drove an hour each way she did not look at him or examined him just a bunch of questions she could've done by phone and they still can't get the correct knee into the chart.

I was treated with care and respect.

Dr. Stephen Clark, the nurses and aides and everyone we encountered in the operating room, as well as for every appointment before and after, have been the best. We are lucky to have been in their care.

I was not communicated with about when the appointment was made and I only heard about it because the VA called me because they had gotten a referral. I wasn't communicated where the appointment was made, which location or the time. I just happened to find out about it.

Megan Grant was excellent. I felt so much better when I left the office after seeing her. Just mentally, I felt so much better. And physically, I felt better too. I could see her anytime. Thank you.

Scheduling at Maine General seems to be a problematic. Some who answer the incoming calls are very good, others do not seem to know what they are doing. Meagan Grant and her assistants are terrific.

I used the Ortho clinics walk-in service. Only had a short weight which was fantastic. And the doctor I saw was very informative & helpful in regards to potential treatments, etc.. Just waiting for my follow up call.

Meagan Grant was great and very helpful doing what I needed done prescriptions sent it and DMV form made out , Checked to Make sure I knew things about my surgery but most had been covered in joint replacement class the day before andwasEXCELLENT!

I appreciated everything that Meagan did for me. She told me how my knee was doing. She talked about my extra care later on that I take and she also arranged for a brace to be fitted for me on my knee up in Warderville. So I appreciate the whole meeting.

Meagan Grant was exceptional. She was thoughtful, compassionate and caring. Took all the time that was necessary to explain the conditions with me. She truly cared about what my wife and I asked. Said if conditions changed to contact her immediately. Took the time at check out with the receptionist to schedule my follow up in Augusta instead of Oakland. She truly is an asset to this practice and certainly holds true profession with high regards and shows in her approach to the patient.

All the staff were friendly and did their best to move the process along smoothly. Thought I would have had to wait longer. Much quicker then expected. However not rushed at all. Very through!

I did the walk in clinic for the first time & was very impressed with the prompt service. However, I would suggest at check-in the patient's Pharmacy preference be validated as well. During the visit I found Dr was very thorough & explained options very well. I would & have already recommended people to the walk in clinic, as it's much easier to be seen by an Ortho provider than hanging in the ER. Thank you for having this option for patients

This visit was an unscheduled walk-in appointment for Orthopedics - from the time I got in line for check-in to the time I left was under 1 hour. That includes time with the MA, having x-rays taken, seen by the NP and again with the MA. Very impressed with this service line, so convenient and excellent care!

Took 2 months to get an appointment. Made my condition worsen.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. KVCAP got me there 10 minutes late, and the staff was understanding and did not turn me away. They assisted me getting around in my wheelchair which I appreciated very much. The X-ray staff were very patient and accommodating, understanding of my disability and limitations, making the difficult process much easier for me. Meagan Grant was very friendly and professional, she explained the X-ray results and what my options were going forward. She also was very encouraging, supportive, and congratulated me on my weight loss, which she previously had helped me to pursue. This was an all-around very satisfying and productive experience.

It was so nice to be treated like an intelligent human. Meg Grant explained everything that was going on with my knee and her treatment plan.

My pain level was not addressed and having pain at the same level as having a kidney stone and to be ignored is not okay. Instead of doing a 5 minutes ultrasound of my shoulder to rule out possible issues, they decided to go straight for an MRI, which will take weeks to get scheduled and in for. Meanwhile, my pain goes unadressed as does the severely limited range of motion. This was not a good experience and felt like I wasnt being listened to at all.

I have not received my prescription for my knee meds at Walmart yet

Do better i though VA was bad and there fkin terrible it seemed lime med care gets treated like a fast food transaction now days. W0w6. I was in and out in 8 1/2 mins you ll get a 0 across the board. Intake was sloppy they didn't have my referl med history nothing lots of time could be saved if they did there jobs and actually went over the referrals and looked at or med history

The people were very nice. They were, I'll say, kind with the elderly and patient, and that's very much appreciated. Also, everyone was greeting with a smile and a welcome. It made me feel much at home. So it's a pleasant environment, you know, considering certain situations. But anyway, the people were very nice and kind and they're well appreciated. Thank you.

My visit was friendly and relaxed and I have enjoyed my time spent at the hospital. The only improvement would be that the anesthesiologists don't participate in the same My Health network and so don't leave appointments and messages for you and that's been kind of a pain. I'm trying to find out when my appointment is. I didn't write it down thinking, oh, they'll just put it in my calendar. And that's not true. Thank you very much. Appreciate everything you've done for me.

The physician is extremely knowledgeable and followed my oral trajectory and we pretty well agreed what the diagnosis was actually rather than the tentative one that was given before the interview.

Megan was excellent in my procedure. I didn't feel the needle go into my knee. I have another appointment already set up with her.

Fast and efficient

I really like Meagan Grant. She helped me form a plan going forward the day I met with her so I left feeling good. Like I had a plan. She also let me know all options, so I have a lot to consider. She made me feel seen and heard. She's great!!!

My PCP sent a referral late last fall. Looking into this, I found that the referral was cancelled, saying they were unable to reach me. I never received a voicemail to call. I had my PCP send in a new referral, then once I knew it was received I called to make the appointment to ensure that would not happen again.

Felt very comfortable with Meagan. She seemed interested in what I asked, answered questions in clear understandable language.

More width in the parking spots would be nice. Quite a few PT. come in needing to use walkers and canes and need to be able to open your door fully helps getting in and out of your car.

I wish I went there first. The emergency room visit was terrible. I didn't even see a doctor, and nobody really explained much just that my foot was broken. The nurse did her best, but maybe I wouldn't have been stuck in crutches if I saw the provider who was paid to see me. But that's my problem according to patient advocacy.

Yes, Megan Grant is very good at what she does. There's no pain. She knows exactly what to do and right where to put the shot in my knees. I wouldn't want to go to anybody else. And that's about all I can say. They're very nice out there, all of them.

Once I finally got to see someone she was great finally she explained everything about my X-ray that I had the first of July. She was wonderful but why do you have to suffer with pain all summer before you get to see someone.?

I rarely rate an experience at a drs office as 10, but my care team was very thoughtful, careful in handling my injured foot, extremely patient & listened to what I had to say& addressed all my concerns They treated me with care and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. They also took the time to schedule my next appt per my convenience.
