I wish I went there first. The emergency room visit was terrible. I didn't even see a doctor, and nobody really explained much just that my foot was broken. The nurse did her best, but maybe I wouldn't have been stuck in crutches if I saw the provider who was paid to see me. But that's my problem according to patient advocacy.

I was so impressed with this facility. Megan, the doctor that I saw, she was incredible. She explained everything. We even talked about some other health things that might be causing this. And I just felt so comfortable and I felt like I was so supported and that they are really working hard to find the root of the issue. I left there and I just felt like so validated. So I really appreciate it.

Yes, Megan Grant is very good at what she does. There's no pain. She knows exactly what to do and right where to put the shot in my knees. I wouldn't want to go to anybody else. And that's about all I can say. They're very nice out there, all of them.

Once I finally got to see someone she was great finally she explained everything about my X-ray that I had the first of July. She was wonderful but why do you have to suffer with pain all summer before you get to see someone.?

I rarely rate an experience at a drs office as 10, but my care team was very thoughtful, careful in handling my injured foot, extremely patient & listened to what I had to say& addressed all my concerns They treated me with care and made sure I was comfortable throughout the exam. They also took the time to schedule my next appt per my convenience.

She discussed with me the fact that I felt like right now I didn't really need it, and I was concerned that that might not be cordially received. wonderful about agreeing with me and said and she gave me her business card and Told me that although I didn't need the injection right now if I should in the future to be sure to call her back So she couldn't have been a more responsive caregiver than she was and I really appreciate that. Hi, the only issue I have is when I saw the practitioner, she did x-rays and everything and nothing was visible and suggested that it may be a re-tear of my rotator cuff. So we talked about the options and I told her that I would like to have a CAT scan and she flat out said, CAT scans won't show soft tissue and they do, they absolutely do. I've been in the medical field 44 years and I worked in ortho for many of them and the reason I wanted it was because I have a total knee replacement and I had a problem with magnets the last time I

Everything was excellent except for the 3 month wait from seeing PCP to Orthopaedic specialist appointment. I do understand this is not due to any inadequacy on the part of the practice. There are simply more people needing medical attention than practitioners.

I had a visit with Megan Grant about knee replacement surgery and things of that matter. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful.

Meagan was really great. She's one of the best doctors I've had for years. I would recommend her to anyone. She's a wonderful girl. Thank you.

Dr M Grant knew exactly what is was by looking and feeling the area

arrived for my appointment that was at 8 a.m. at 745. I was brought back promptly at 8 and told that my doctor was running a couple of minutes late. That is totally fine. It happens. I am in the room and I can hear chatter just outside the door and I assume it's just two nurses, the lady that checked me in or whatever, talking. After 15 minutes waiting inside that room, I step out to leave because I am not waiting any longer because your policy is or the hospital's policy if you're late More than 10 minutes, you gotta reschedule. That's my policy, 15 minutes, reschedule. I open the door to find the doctor talking to the nurse or whoever just outside. Instead of coming in and taking care of the patient, they're chit-chatting about back to school and whatever. I could hear their conversation just inside the room instead of doing their job. So I will not be recommending whatsoever.

Meagan was very, very supportive, very understanding. She listened, she answered questions, and she asked questions. And she was thoroughly concerned with my upcoming surgery, and she did a very good job.

Happy with my visit.

It was very meaningful to establish continuity in the care of one of my major issues particularly as I do not have a Primary Care Physician and Maine General refuses to assign one until a new doctor is hired. I do not know when my next wellness check will be nor is is there any one person who cares about my day-to-day health or medications. So going to specialists is the only resource I have.

My only issue was that I was told the prescription would be sent right in and it took several hours for that to happen before I could pick it up. Aside from that my experience was top shelf. Meagan Grant was the consummate professional.

I was told my Meagan that the pain I was receiving would subside shortly she promised, and it was severe pain for the rest of day and night that I was not prepared for. I barely made it to my car and in the house with severe pain, I couldn't put pressure or walk on my leg until the next day without too much pain. It just would have been nice to know that when I left that office just in case that did happen.

Really appreciated being seen promptly after my knee injury. Clear explanation of condition of the knee and possible treatment. I also feel free to follow up later if necessary.

Excellent experiences with Meagan Grant. Long delay until my ortho consult for knee replacement is three months away while in acute pain with difficulties ambulating quite upsetting and no other options at MGH other than elsewhere.

No matter who I see at my appointments I am treated very well and they are all very kind and caring at orthopedic! I'll talk with people I don't know because they ask me about my knee while wearing a brace and I will tell them if they need anything done to see Dr Roger as he is the best!

Everyone I had contact with were professional, empathic and friendly It was refreshing to have people look you in the eye as they address as opposed to looking at the screen. I feel very confident that this team will address my needs as to the medical communities ability.
