The doctor was running about a half an hour behind, but we weren't told. We were just left in the room waiting and waiting. And with a little child that was impatient, it was hard to deal with. So if we had known he was running behind, maybe we would have done our immunization earlier than before so that we could get out of the office quicker. So just keeping the patients more up to date of what's going on with the provider and if they're behind would be beneficial. Thanks.

I have several children that I have been bringing to Kennebec Pediatrics and I'm very satisfied. I've always appreciated the staff and even though there's been a number of different staff members that have come and gone over the years, I've never had any sort of issues with any of them and I'm very grateful that they're professional and helpful and always seem to be having a good disposition. I'm very pleased with Dr. Mason. I have two of my boys that see him currently and I appreciate his professionalism, his personalism, and I just overall think he's a good doctor. He may be a fairly newer doctor, but he seems to know what he's talking about anytime we've had any issues. So I'm super grateful overall and I've recommended Kennebec Pediatrics to many families. We own and operate a secondhand store for children, so it's very likely that I would recommend you overall.

Great staff, welcoming atmosphere

Matthew Mason was very, very awesome and great with my daughter. He was great at giving advice and answering my questions. The nurse was really good at making sure my daughter was comfortable with getting her shot and all of that. And overall, my experience was fast and they got us in and out really well. And yeah, it was great. Thank you.

We were running very late (1st time parents with a 2 day old baby) and staff was super understanding and supportive. We really appreciate them letting us still come in.
