I like how Dr. Mason made my son feel comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. He was professional and made my son feel less worried.

Dr. Mason really took the time to engage my 6 year old. He spent plenty of time talking about not only our concerns, but also potential concerns down the road. He was very friendly and thorough and didn't seem rushed at all.

Dr. Mason is my son's provider, and we are so pleased with him. This was our first visit with him. I am so impressed with his bedside manner. He explained everything. We are so thrilled that he is our son's provider and have nothing but good things to say.

My son's new pediatrician was somewhat inconsiderate when outlining next steps in his treatment. He advised surgery may be needed which really made him feeling nervous and scared, even becoming nauseous as a result of the abrupt news. The lack of empathy in this situation was disappointing and ruined my son's day. Rather disappointed in my first meeting with the new pediatrician although I'm sure the doctor had nothing but good intentions.

When I brought my daughter in for her appointment, we were sat for over 30 minutes waiting to be able to go in. Once we were in, we had to wait another 20 minutes before the doctor came in. While we were there, I tried to ask a question and he acted irritated that I had to ask a question. It was not a very good time of wasting 50 minutes of my life when if I missed five, I can't even go to the appointment. Thanks.

Doctor was very opinionated on certain topics.

The provider was running over an over behind with no communication from staff until I opened the door to the exam room and stood in the doorway
