The whole experience was pretty great, the only problem we had was that we are foster parents and the lady checking us in chose not to have get permission to release information regarding our foster daughter to us.

I was rushed thru...they did my vitals LOOKED at my issue, prescribed antibiotics n dischrged....was told they do NOTHING to help with ANY pain n to take Tylenol even tho I told them it didn't help...went to the ER 2 days later

The staff are amazing!

The guy that I talked to should be taught a little more. He wasn't very much in help. All he said was, go get an x-ray, and that was it. So I'm not happy with him, and I won't see him again.

All I dealt with were very professional. The reason I answered no to one of the questions is because they referred me to the emergency room at the hospital.

Very efficient, didn't take nearly as long as I'd anticipated.

Each and ever person I had contact was definitely a "10" star rated of caring knowledgeable group. If I'm ever sick again I definitely would go back and I have told everyone I know how wonderful the experience was.

Was not feeling well and I got all signed in, but sat in the waiting room for forty five minutes then went to the reception area and told the receptionist and she checked and it said i was a no show. My appointment was for 11:00 and I couldn't see my doctor so I had to see express care.

Wonderful, caring professionals! I am thankful for their timely and concern treatment for me.

I think it was really an excellent visit. Matt was good. Very easy to talk to, listened quite well, good eye contact, really examined me, listened to what was going on, and gave me very good care.

They are a wonderful crew.

The team was exceptional in taking care of my needs, taking my blood pressure and so forth, and Matthew was very respectful. He was the same age as one of my children and he treated me as a son would treat a mother. He was very kind and very explanatory, even though I understood what he was saying, he was not condescending. So everything was excellent.

Swept under the rug again

This is an excellent walk in care facility. The staff and doctors are extremely friendly and helpful. Very efficient!

I pretty much went in knowing what my problem was (strep throat). They took my vitals, swabbed my throat, and got a positive result in about 10 min. Got a script and was on my way.

The doctor calling the next day to check how things were going was very thoughtful and appreciated.

I wasn't super happy with the doctor. I took my 6 year old in for facial pain and swelling, as well as blood shot eyes. I knew something was wrong with her but I feel like he didn't listen and brushed us off. He hardly checked her over.

Dr Matt and staff were amazing, they were compassionate, explained what I had and how to treat it and what to look out for that would indicate I would need to be seen again. This is not the first time I have been cared for by Dr Matt and his team and the care they give is always the best!! We are blessed to have these people who are very professional and knowledgeable and compassionate!
