I Was tested for strep and was negative. They said it was viral and would go away on its own. It did not. I went to convenient MD a few days later and did another strep test and was positive. I wish the doctors at Maine general would have sent out a strep test so I could have been treated quicker.

it was a positive experience. The staff from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were exceptional in their courtesy and in their care. I very much appreciate the way I was treated and I would express in this message my gratitude to everyone for the assistance they provided me. Thank you so much.

Wait time was excessive...

I've seen the same care provider here for a few things, and he has been absolutely excellent each time. Kind, considerate, and judgement free.

I will not hesitate to return when necessary

The waiting time was almost two hours and I was only seen very briefly. I did not feel as though the doctor was at all concerned with what I was saying, and gave me a very minimal treatment plan and a one sentence doctor's not that was very surface level and didn't reflect the severity of my condition. I felt as though I had to draw all conclusions to my diagnosis with previous research and I was getting agreement, but nothing more than my surface level assessment.

I've always been very comfortable with the Gardiner Express Care. It's convenient, usually fairly quick, conveniently has lab and X-rays at facility, and I've always been pleased with staff

Limited on what they could find out because they don't have proper tools. Was given a blood test and it came back negative on everything. Still no answers.

While I didn't get an answer to my problem, I did have blood work, and instructions as to what to do if things got worse. It was enough to alive any immediate concerns I had. They also asked me to follow up with my doctor, which I did. I didn't have to wait long, and I got the blood work results the following day as promised.

Wasnt too long of a wait. He asked me what what was bothering me the most and treated that symptom, he was all about the patient and listening to what was bothering me

I was unaware of the Urgent Care facility in Gardiner . . . and have been there many times for lab work. The NO EMERGENCY signage could/should be made clearer.

I would just like to say that I am very, very thankful for how prompt and efficient you guys are. I knew my son had an ear infection and I was in and out of there within 35 minutes. I couldn't believe it. It was amazing and I am very truly thankful. Thank you.

I got right in quickly and was taken care of. There is nothing they could of done to make it better. It was a very professional staff that did a great job. I will be using this service when I can't get right in at my own doctors office.

Dr. Matt is one of our favorites. He is always so joyful and positive, even when we are feeling sick or hurt, we can't help but smile. The care taken is always next level and he makes sure I understand everything I need to know about their care. Keep up the great work.

Everything was fine in a timely manner. I feel their care kept from being admitted to the hospital and I left the urgent care feeling that we and the Dr had a good plan in place.

I was rushed thru...they did my vitals LOOKED at my issue, prescribed antibiotics n dischrged....was told they do NOTHING to help with ANY pain n to take Tylenol even tho I told them it didn't help...went to the ER 2 days later

The staff are amazing!

The guy that I talked to should be taught a little more. He wasn't very much in help. All he said was, go get an x-ray, and that was it. So I'm not happy with him, and I won't see him again.

All I dealt with were very professional. The reason I answered no to one of the questions is because they referred me to the emergency room at the hospital.

Very efficient, didn't take nearly as long as I'd anticipated.

Each and ever person I had contact was definitely a "10" star rated of caring knowledgeable group. If I'm ever sick again I definitely would go back and I have told everyone I know how wonderful the experience was.
