Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

It was a great visit. I learned a lot about what it means to have sprained your wrist and what to look for in these scenarios that might indicate whether something is broken.

I thought my interaction with Carrie, who saw me first, took my vitals, was wonderful, and that Matthew's information was, well, he diagnosed something I hadn't even thought of. So I thought I was listened to, I was heard, and acted upon, and I would certainly recommend Express Care at MaineGeneral again.

What to do if I did not get better was not really applicable to my situation. I was completely happy with the care I received.

I've had the misfortune of needing MG Express Care on several occasions. I have always been very satisfied with the courtesy, professionalism and quality of care. This time, with a back injury suffered on a holiday weekend, was no exception. Thank you for being there when my doctor isn't available and the only other option is waiting for hours in the ER!

The staff genuinely cared about my medical concerns and issues. Their natural ability to communicate with empathy and compassion was calming. Of all my experiences at express cares in the Central Maine area, the one in Gardiner is the best.

They were great

Can never see my PCP when calling. It takes 3 months for a appt. I had been 2 days in a row to urgent care because I needed to be seen. Only go to urgent care when I need to. Got brown tail moths rash and blisters all over my body. First prescription did not work. 2nd visit received Prednisone, working well! I'm finally coming around but it was a frustrating experience!

Check in took quite a bit of time, but after that, we were seen very quickly! With three providers on, it was super quick and that is very much appreciated!

Everyone was very kind and treated me in a way that showed they did care about my situation. I was referred to the emergency room at Maine General, but the staff did all they could for me while I was there. I was impressed with the help I received.

Absolutely appreciate the way the staff treats me when I am there they are very nice and helpful. I go out of my way to go to this facility because of the care that is given .

I had never been to the gardiner location before, I was beyond impressed!

I would rate this last visit as a 10. However, overall, over the past few years, I've found express care to be hit or miss. While Matthew did an incredible job, and if I knew I was getting him every time, it would completely be a 10. I never know who I'm going to get. And in some cases, I leave there very disappointed.

Dr. Matt was very kind, professional and did a wonderful job stitching me up.

Love how promptly I was seen. From check in to rooming was only a few minutes. Likewise it was only a few minutes before the PA came in.

Always a positive experience. As before, the intake staff was professional and the quality of the medical staff outstanding. Plus, it was a very busy early morning visit but the wait time was very reasonable. Five stars.

The team did the best they could, but.... wrong diagnosis... right medicine though.... they thought dermatitis, but was actually poison ivy caused by my dogs bringing it into my chair. But the medication worked.

didnot know why they did not refer me to mri to see if I tore tendons or muscles, etc.

I like the way the one signing me in explained the time frame of waiting. ( it was reasonable and not very long) Then you can tell the one who brings you whether to wait or go do something until you call them? thank you.

I'm happy with your facility, but the care that I got was horrible this time because I actually had to go home and get the splinter out myself. So I just wanted everybody to know what I had to do and there was no help at all when I went up there. Waste of time. Thank you.

They were unable to help me (virus), but at least they reassured me it was not COVID or pneumonia and set my mind at ease. They were very respectful, which I appreciated.

I Was tested for strep and was negative. They said it was viral and would go away on its own. It did not. I went to convenient MD a few days later and did another strep test and was positive. I wish the doctors at Maine general would have sent out a strep test so I could have been treated quicker.

it was a positive experience. The staff from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor were exceptional in their courtesy and in their care. I very much appreciate the way I was treated and I would express in this message my gratitude to everyone for the assistance they provided me. Thank you so much.

Wait time was excessive...

I've seen the same care provider here for a few things, and he has been absolutely excellent each time. Kind, considerate, and judgement free.

I will not hesitate to return when necessary

The waiting time was almost two hours and I was only seen very briefly. I did not feel as though the doctor was at all concerned with what I was saying, and gave me a very minimal treatment plan and a one sentence doctor's not that was very surface level and didn't reflect the severity of my condition. I felt as though I had to draw all conclusions to my diagnosis with previous research and I was getting agreement, but nothing more than my surface level assessment.

I've always been very comfortable with the Gardiner Express Care. It's convenient, usually fairly quick, conveniently has lab and X-rays at facility, and I've always been pleased with staff

Limited on what they could find out because they don't have proper tools. Was given a blood test and it came back negative on everything. Still no answers.

While I didn't get an answer to my problem, I did have blood work, and instructions as to what to do if things got worse. It was enough to alive any immediate concerns I had. They also asked me to follow up with my doctor, which I did. I didn't have to wait long, and I got the blood work results the following day as promised.

Matt Colaluca PA is an excellent care giver. gave measured and helpful advice and care. All other staff were most helpful, too, despite the raft of people who were ill.

Wasnt too long of a wait. He asked me what what was bothering me the most and treated that symptom, he was all about the patient and listening to what was bothering me

I was unaware of the Urgent Care facility in Gardiner . . . and have been there many times for lab work. The NO EMERGENCY signage could/should be made clearer.

I would just like to say that I am very, very thankful for how prompt and efficient you guys are. I knew my son had an ear infection and I was in and out of there within 35 minutes. I couldn't believe it. It was amazing and I am very truly thankful. Thank you.

I got right in quickly and was taken care of. There is nothing they could of done to make it better. It was a very professional staff that did a great job. I will be using this service when I can't get right in at my own doctors office.

Dr. Matt is one of our favorites. He is always so joyful and positive, even when we are feeling sick or hurt, we can't help but smile. The care taken is always next level and he makes sure I understand everything I need to know about their care. Keep up the great work.

Everything was fine in a timely manner. I feel their care kept from being admitted to the hospital and I left the urgent care feeling that we and the Dr had a good plan in place.

I was rushed thru...they did my vitals LOOKED at my issue, prescribed antibiotics n dischrged....was told they do NOTHING to help with ANY pain n to take Tylenol even tho I told them it didn't help...went to the ER 2 days later
