The doctor I saw was excellent. She's thorough, has empathy, and I felt heard.

I want to thank the staff for calling me right back and I got in the same day, probably within 45 minutes. I appreciate that. Thank you.

My primary care physician answered all of my questions thoroughly and prescribed the right medications. For all this, I am very grateful.

Dr. Goettsche-Spurling is a gem. She is professional yet warm in hrr exchange, and listens to concerns. She is also open to discussing various options and allows for full patient engagement in forming a treatment plan. A great doctor. Very much an asset to Maine Dartmouth and MGMC.

Very caring

They made me feel very calm about the procedure I was having by them. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable about having the biopsy.

I walked away feeling in good hands about my health care.

The new PCP I met with was very argumentative with everything I brought up. Was unwilling to help with an issue that I brought up. She did proceed to ask questions that had nothing to do with my health or issues I brought up, and very willing to go in depth about the shots I should be getting even after I said I was not interested. I do not believe it was appropriate to bring her personal opinions up while talking about why I didn't feel l need to get the Covid shot again. Overall felt like a very awkward and inappropriate introduction to Four seasons. I will most definitely be requesting to be seen by someone else.

I was asked to come in 20 minutes early but then waited 40. They were apologizing but it was still inconvenient. They couldn't find anything for supplies in the room we were in. They needed more help and were very busy

My experience and care was very good at this visit. However, it is hard to recommend a facility to friends and family when the access for new patients is not under some type of discretionary consideration. I called several months ago asking to transfer my second child to this practice, due to aging out of their pediatrician's office. I was told even though I am an employee and have been a patient there for some time, along with my 3 other immediate family members, that the practice was not taking new patients, and my child is now getting care, at another practice separate from the rest of their immediate family. I very much understand that our practices are struggling to find medical professionals for Primary Care and other services, but it also makes it very hard to recommend a facility to someone knowing that access is unlikely.
