The physician I saw was very dismissive of what I was doing to mitigate the pain I was in. The way she spoke to me was in a very belittling manner. No labs were ordered and 1 round of steroids were prescribed in an off handed way.

As far as recommending I tried to get my husband registered but was told not taking new patients so I don't refer anyone to FMI. I've recommended elsewhere.

She was extremely helpful and she's extremely willing, I feel, to give me the references I need and referrals and she's right on my case. SReally, really happy to have her service and so happy to have her as a doctor.

I'm not happy with the UX of the FollowMyHealth app. It continues to display incorrect data about insurance and health statistics. It lists my temperature as 207.7 F. Surely that should trip an alarm. Either it's very wrong or my blood is about to boil. My wife also sees obvious errors on her app. All medical institutions should strive to tell patients what a visit or service will cost upon check-in. It's not fair to make us wait for a bill to learn the price. I know that the insurance companies are at least as responsible for the problem as the doctors and hospitals are, but the doctors and hospitals should use their leverage to ameliorate the pernicious state of things.

The appointment schedule was phenomenal. I was really impressed with how quickly I was able to get in. Really impressed with Dr. Fisher. She didn't beat around the bush. We got right to the point. She gave me a reference for an endoscopy. And she said, we will contact Maine General. Not only has Maine General contacted me, but I have already had my endoscopy. You should probably be receiving the results pretty soon, and I am sure I'm going to have some follow-ups. So thank you for calling.

I spoke to Dr. Fisher and got a renewal on my medical marijuana card and there was not any need for any discussion regarding any other medicines, et cetera, et cetera, or healthcare, but she was fine and I got what I needed and everything's good. Thank you, thank you.

Other than the delay to check out, I have no complaints. There were four of us in the check out room waiting over 15 minutes while it seemed the staff was on the phone multiple times. There should be a way to bypass checkout if a further action is not indicated.
