It was difficult to get an unscheduled appointment, but the staff worked really hard to get me in and Dr. Sutherland was wonderful and I left feeling much better. Highly recommend that practice. It's really saved my life. Thanks. Bye.

I schedule follow-up appointments ahead so that was the reason for answer to question 1 (NA). I feel extremely fortunate to be managing my health care with the help of Mark Sutherland; great collaborator/practitioner/educator, thinks outside the box with options, takes sufficient time each session to address current and historic needs and I never feel rushed. Thank you.

The doctor is absolutely fabulous. And it took him about 15 minutes to treat me and get rid of the pain.

Overall, the care is excellent. However, scheduling is very difficult after being seen in three or four weeks, unable to get in until seven or eight weeks later because of availability and lack of staff.

Everyone did a great job, including the person who called me to schedule my appt, the person who checked me in, the MA who roomed me, and Dr Sutherland, who asked lots of good questions and listened to me and explained things to me in ways I could understand. I've never tried this type of treatment before and I feel like I'm off to a great start. Thank you all so much!

Dr. Sutherland is amazing. He explains what is going on very well. He is incredibly good at what he does. He is one of the best doctors around. I highly recommend him. He deserves an award not just for being good at his job, but for his compassion and really caring about each individual.

Dr. Sutherland knows my medical history. He always listens to my concerns and gives me recommendations on how I can continue to maintain my issues and try to get better. I find Dr. Sutherland to be an amazing doctor and I will always go to him for my medical needs.
