Hi, yes, my visit there was a great visit and very informative and I did want to let you guys know that I was a little quick triggered on hitting numbers. So it was, everything was exceptional when I got there, especially conversing with a doctor.

Dr was great, the nurse was terrible. Hard time hearing and daughter in law was answering questions for me and nurse in the room before the Dr came in was very rude to her.

Doctor Spencer was very thorough in his explanation of the procedure that he will be doing and answered my questions. The appointment went along quickly and I didn't have a long wait time.

First, I did not see Dr. Spencer as written. I was not happy that once in the room I had to wait for over 45 mons to be seen. My time is as valuable as the drs time. And when I asked how much longer, all I got was "she will be right in" 10 minutes later. Really makes a patient want to come back again.

Delays in treatment are not what is expected. Had to use ER for help

I completed the pre appointment paperwork but no one ever asked for it during the visit. I am not sure what the purpose of completing it was if no one uses it.

MaineGeneral should be extremely proud of such and outstanding surgeon. More publicity needs to be made around this extraordinary bedside manner and respectful of all. He truly is a blessing for the greater Kennebec County to have such a wonderful surgeon as Dr. Mark Spencer. I'll never hesitate to use him again.

Above & Beyond treatment from this OT in getting me to figure out treatment possibilities & her guidance in letting me know to call anytime with concerns. My treatment plan.OV's in the future are very accommodation to my schedule. This Clinician will surely be missed when she retires. Lots of us will be lost; maybe 2 years from now. Not every OT approaches treatment Out of the Box; but should. OT's POC needs to be Patients POC
