I did not feel like Dr. Spencer listened to me. He seemed to talk over me rather than listen to me. He was rushed, in a hurry, and didn't seem terribly bothered by the fact that I am afraid of losing my ability to live independently because of the loss of functionality of my hands. Instead, he just pushed the idea of a couple of injections at me when I had made it clear to him that I need more than pain relief, I need help regaining function.

I was very happy that the office/team were open that day as we were experiencing an ice storm event. They got me in and my appointment was finished quickly as to make it home without issues. Thank you to all braving the storm to see patients. You're the best.

Dr was great, the nurse was terrible. Hard time hearing and daughter in law was answering questions for me and nurse in the room before the Dr came in was very rude to her.

First, I did not see Dr. Spencer as written. I was not happy that once in the room I had to wait for over 45 mons to be seen. My time is as valuable as the drs time. And when I asked how much longer, all I got was "she will be right in" 10 minutes later. Really makes a patient want to come back again.

Delays in treatment are not what is expected. Had to use ER for help
