Dr. Spencer explained everything that I am dealing with in my right hand and wrist. I left feeling good about what we can do in the future if anything is needed. Also, the staff was very professional.

Everyone in Dr Spencer's office rocks! And deserve a 10. What deserves a zero is the emergency room. A nearly 4 hour wait in a bed in a hallway just to get stitches in the hallway. My daughter visit was 6 hours in the hallway. They lifted up her shirt to attach leeds for a monitor "in the hallway" with other people in beds and their family's around. I wanted to ask the nurse to lift her shirt to see how it feels.

Very happy to get rid of my cyst on my wrist appreciate the care from the nurse and doctor

I did not feel like Dr. Spencer listened to me. He seemed to talk over me rather than listen to me. He was rushed, in a hurry, and didn't seem terribly bothered by the fact that I am afraid of losing my ability to live independently because of the loss of functionality of my hands. Instead, he just pushed the idea of a couple of injections at me when I had made it clear to him that I need more than pain relief, I need help regaining function.

I was very happy that the office/team were open that day as we were experiencing an ice storm event. They got me in and my appointment was finished quickly as to make it home without issues. Thank you to all braving the storm to see patients. You're the best.

The man who checked me in at reception was not friendly at all. Even though there was no one at the window when I arrived and no one behind me, he acted like me being there was a problem for him. The male nurse and Dr Spencer made up for it. They were both extremely kind and friendly.

My experience with Dr. Spencer was fantastic yesterday. He was polite, he was thorough, he answered all my questions. Hi, yes, my visit there was a great visit and very informative and I did want to let you guys know that I was a little quick triggered on hitting numbers. So it was, everything was exceptional when I got there, especially conversing with a doctor.

I liked him very much. He was personable, took time to explain my X-rays & showed me the spiral fracture. He also told me what we would be doing next. He involved me in the decision as to whether to cast the hand or use a brace. Dr. Spencer & his staff were also very friendly & helpful. I would recommend Dr. Spencer to others.

Dr was great, the nurse was terrible. Hard time hearing and daughter in law was answering questions for me and nurse in the room before the Dr came in was very rude to her.

First, I did not see Dr. Spencer as written. I was not happy that once in the room I had to wait for over 45 mons to be seen. My time is as valuable as the drs time. And when I asked how much longer, all I got was "she will be right in" 10 minutes later. Really makes a patient want to come back again.

Delays in treatment are not what is expected. Had to use ER for help
