Very good people to deal with

Love Dr. Spencer. So professional, yet down to earth. As a health practitioner myself (although retired), I really appreciate his demeanor.

Bathroom available was not particularly clean- especially floor.

Dr. Spencer was very helpful, very kind, and explained everything in regard to what I would need to recuperate.

All staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. Care was excellent.

You didn't tell me anything about what you wanted, where you wanted it, and what it was for.

The idea that I would have to live with trigger fingers was at the top of my mind. It's hard to believe that it was possible to have a doctor be able to relieve the pain by injecting cortisone into my finger joints. I thank Dr Mark Spencer for give me hope for the future. I am so thankful!

Hi, I can't in words express really how much I love the facilities. The people, the nurses, the doctors, the people who ran the kitchen, I mean those that cleaned, I can't say enough good. I just, there's so many people to try to express my gratitude to. I would say you guys are the best. In the Western Maine, I hope that was right. But please know this is one very, very happy customer and I just don't have, I don't know how to express it all.

The staff was helpful, kind , and caring

I prefer to not be triple booked. The nurse said I was double booked however he went into one person's room, then had to see another person, then me and all after my 2:15 appointment. I missed my ride and the next bus didn't arrive until 4:20. Uncalled for!

All the staff at this facility are amazing people.

Dr Spencer and his team are respectful, engaging and professional. They seemed to understand that there was a person attached to the hand they were working on. Perhaps they could do some training with the breast biopsy team, that seems to think that they are working on an udder.

The doctor was highly competent and realistic about my condition. He was honest ! I must do some exercises to return the finger to normal function. Thanks a lot.

Yes, I want to say that everybody in that office, in that building, is absolutely positively fantastic. They're very helpful. If you have a question, they're right there with it. Dr. Spencer is a wonderful, wonderful doctor. He has done a couple operations on me and he's just a great doctor. I would, I have told many people if they have any problems like I've had, that's where they should go for Dr. Spencer because he is absolutely a great doctor. He's a nice man. He's very nice to talk to and he will listen to you if you have any problems. And everybody in the office is fantastic.

Very prompt !! Didn't have to wait to be seen.

My only gripe is that for a simple procedure that this is going to take, it is an inordinately long time. It's a month away before I can have this mucoid cyst taken care of. It's very painful and I've had to wait a long time just to get the appointment for a consultation. and now I have to wait a long time to get the procedure done. And it's painful, it's sore, and that disappoints me. Thank you.

Everyone in Dr Spencer's office rocks! And deserve a 10. What deserves a zero is the emergency room. A nearly 4 hour wait in a bed in a hallway just to get stitches in the hallway. My daughter visit was 6 hours in the hallway. They lifted up her shirt to attach leeds for a monitor "in the hallway" with other people in beds and their family's around. I wanted to ask the nurse to lift her shirt to see how it feels.

Dr. Spencer was new to me. He took time to explain everything. I felt very confident in his care.

Dr. Spencer is very helpful. He helped with my hand last year, and I am certain he will be helpful with the same hand/wrist should I need to return.

I did not feel like Dr. Spencer listened to me. He seemed to talk over me rather than listen to me. He was rushed, in a hurry, and didn't seem terribly bothered by the fact that I am afraid of losing my ability to live independently because of the loss of functionality of my hands. Instead, he just pushed the idea of a couple of injections at me when I had made it clear to him that I need more than pain relief, I need help regaining function.

I was very happy that the office/team were open that day as we were experiencing an ice storm event. They got me in and my appointment was finished quickly as to make it home without issues. Thank you to all braving the storm to see patients. You're the best.
