When the doctor came in she got right to point, that the kidney stone was too big to pass and they would go in and get it.

It was very challenging to find the building. The sign out front was difficult to find.

Dr Margo Taylor took the time to answer our questions and listened to my concerns. I never felt that we were rushed and appreciated the time she us.

The patient portal is terrible, especially for bill review as you can not see your bill before being taken to a different web site to pay it so you do not get to review a bill before payment and post visit information is also hard to figure out on the portal site. All in all it is not very user friendly compared to other patient portals that I use.

Maine General Urology Dept acceded my expectations for treating the BPH condition I have dealt with for two years. Five days after the Rezum procedure, I can already feel an improvement. Dr. Belanger has an excellent support team, that gave me friendly, professional quality healthcare. Being a new resident, Maine General Health will be my primary source for health care going foreward.

Yes, I think after this visit, I'd say that my doctor can do nothing wrong. We had communication with my primary care physician. We could pass on and know that there's communication taking place. And it just was a very positive event, really. So I wish her well. I wish the hospital well. I realize these are difficult times. So I hope all goes well for the future and we can have that as a part of the community. Thank you.

The experience for myself and my friend that I brought with me, we both felt it was very professionally done and knowledgeable staff person, all of them, but the main one that we were seeing, and explained things to us, informed us of things that we weren't aware of and products that we weren't aware of, and felt it was a successful visit.

I have alot of confidence in Margo Taylor. I always trust she knows everything necessary to treat me and any problems that come up. I remember an ER doctor saying she was "excellent" when hearing she was my NP. I totally agree and feel very lucky I have her as my NP. Thank you!

The doctor is taking me very seriously

Yes, even on the annual checkups now, I find that each one is personal and I have plenty of questions for the doctor and she's very good at answering them. She doesn't try and kind of hedge as I have found with some of my doctors. And I look forward to the time with it, even from the greeting in the, well, the front room to the time in the examination. So I think I'm more than pleased with what Maine General has come to develop in their special areas as well as the hospital itself.

I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent visit with Dr. Margo Taylor. Unfortunately, the level of care I received was far below my expectations and left me feeling quite disheartened. During my appointment, Dr. Taylor spent less than five minutes with me. She quickly stated that I needed antibiotics and then left the room without providing any instructions on how to take the medication or discussing any necessary next steps. This lack of communication made me feel unwelcome and as though I was merely a problem to be solved, rather than a patient in need of comprehensive care. Historically, I have found Dr. Taylor to be attentive and helpful, which makes this experience even more disappointing. After my appointment, I walked out of the exam room without any guidance on how to proceed or confirmation that I was finished. To my surprise, I saw Dr. Taylor sitting behind the checkout desk, casually chatting and laughing with other staff members. This lack of professionalism and engagement was strikingly at odds with the quality of care I had previously received from her. Given this experience, I am hesitant to return and cannot recommend Dr. Taylor at this time. I believe that patient care should be prioritized, and I felt as though I was tossed aside rather than given the attention and guidance I needed. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope my feedback can contribute to improving the patient experience in the future.
