The ladies were excellent. They were very professional but they explained everything carefully and asked for feedback and I would recommend them to anybody. They really were wonderful. Thank you.

I liked the NP but checking out told me to call for an appointment because I wanted an 6 month appointment cause I don't like traveling in the winter months. So I will call obviously

This experience yesterday was exceptional. The issue with most scheduling is that there are NOT enough Providers to make the level of services needed. For example, I was scheduled to have a cortisone shot in August, and this was pushed back to October. Many times, I have been rescheduled for treatments. This gets frustrating.

I was sent to your facility for care outside the VA. I am very satisfied with what I was given for recommendations and that the wound clinic sent a request to the VA for better leg leg wraps. I hope that I can get them through my PCP's referral. I am pleased with my care through your hospital.

You guys should allow for telehealth sessions instead of waiting to get in for an appointment. It took probably two months to get in for something that could have been done over the phone with pictures and a prescription. Thanks.
