From check in to check out the entire staff was awesome, the nurses help relax you with there upbeat mood. They all make you feel like your at your 2nd home

My visit yesterday was extremely positive. I was able to address all the concerns that I have plus new ones yesterday. It was so good to see Mackenzie again after her 3 months maternity leave absence. Michelle is the terrific nurse and very personal and put me at ease immediately.

Both my nurse and my doctor were incredibly empathetic, compassionate, and patient with me as they tried to help me through my experience, I've had to see quite a few doctors and specialist over the last few weeks and they by far stood out to me as very kind and compassionate, and it left me feeling much better than some of my other appointments. 12 out of 10 experience. I love Mackenzie!! I truly missed her (& her knowledge) while she was on maturity leave. My PCP did not have any openings as soon as I needed for the follow-up to my hospital stay at MGMC, so I saw Mackenzie, who I have seen before on occasion. After I left, I was reviewing my test results (CT scan with contrast) and had a question about references to my liver, and sent Mackenzie in the patient portal asking that she get in touch with the doctor who reviewed my scans. I have not heard back yet from her. I think I know the answer but would like it confirmed by a medical professional.

Mackenzie Bancroft is an outstanding PA She has been one of the most impressive persons I have seen in the Maine General network. She actually listens and has an incredibly broad knowledge base and her decisions are always on target. I see many doctors yet she is always informed about my medical issues. I have found everyone at Elmwood Primary Care from nurses to office staff to be a pleasure to work with.

All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, I had to get a new doctor because my former provider closed their office and I'm so glad that I got Mackenzie Bancroft she is really sweet and was attentive to my wants and needs for my future health.

Overall, everyone is super nice and willing to see that you have the best care while you are there. My PA is super nice and very thorough about my health and questions asked. I really like that.

Was given a different provider other than my pcp. She made me feel comfortable and explained the testing she was giving me I appreciate the care given me by Mackenzie

Fantastic patient care.

It was my first appointment and my experience with my care team is smooth and great. They were all nice to me.

It was unfortunate that I was not told my appointment was rescheduled until I called to check that I still had one, which was an hour before the scheduled appointment. The office staff seem pretty friendly at the front desks and the male physician I saw instead of Mackenzie was very kind and understanding. Unfortunately my experience with the nurse that came in before that was not as great. She was very abrasive and did not seem like she liked her job or cared about me as a patient. Very minimal communication taking me back to my room before seeing the doctor. Otherwise seems like a decent place!

I think Mackenzie Bancroft is a top-notch provider and I would strongly urge her to go to medical school and become a doctor. Have a great day.

Yes, I had blood work done. A girl called me this morning and I wanted my numbers for the blood work and she was supposed to get back to me and she never did. So I'm still waiting to find out the results of my blood work and I'd like to know that as soon as possible. Thank you.

Each provider I've seen is absolutely incredibly caring and genuinely interested in my health. Mackenzie Bancroft is absolutely stellar in her clear, conscious, knowledgeable, thorough take on healthcare.

I'm new so it's difficult to make a judgement call. I'm coming from another network and records need to be transferred. I will say that Mackenzie Bancroft got a prescription for me very quickly. I was impressed.

I truly wish that I could trust myself to talk less towards the visit's end, so Mackenzie Bancroft could get out the door when she needs to.

I think at an annual exam the doctor should listen to my heart and lungs especially since i have a history of breathing issues. I also think a doctor should be knowledgeable of the medications i am taking before prescribing more. I feel that medical care should be more careful than the treatment i recieved.
