Was given a different provider other than my pcp. She made me feel comfortable and explained the testing she was giving me I appreciate the care given me by Mackenzie

It was my first appointment and my experience with my care team is smooth and great. They were all nice to me.

It was unfortunate that I was not told my appointment was rescheduled until I called to check that I still had one, which was an hour before the scheduled appointment. The office staff seem pretty friendly at the front desks and the male physician I saw instead of Mackenzie was very kind and understanding. Unfortunately my experience with the nurse that came in before that was not as great. She was very abrasive and did not seem like she liked her job or cared about me as a patient. Very minimal communication taking me back to my room before seeing the doctor. Otherwise seems like a decent place!

I think Mackenzie Bancroft is a top-notch provider and I would strongly urge her to go to medical school and become a doctor. Have a great day.

Yes, I had blood work done. A girl called me this morning and I wanted my numbers for the blood work and she was supposed to get back to me and she never did. So I'm still waiting to find out the results of my blood work and I'd like to know that as soon as possible. Thank you.

I had a patient portal with my NH Doctor. (Follow my Health) I tried to do the same for Maine General/Elwood. Not working...help!

Each provider I've seen is absolutely incredibly caring and genuinely interested in my health. Mackenzie Bancroft is absolutely stellar in her clear, conscious, knowledgeable, thorough take on healthcare.

I'm new so it's difficult to make a judgement call. I'm coming from another network and records need to be transferred. I will say that Mackenzie Bancroft got a prescription for me very quickly. I was impressed.

I think at an annual exam the doctor should listen to my heart and lungs especially since i have a history of breathing issues. I also think a doctor should be knowledgeable of the medications i am taking before prescribing more. I feel that medical care should be more careful than the treatment i recieved.

Yes, Mackenzie, she was really good to me. I can't hear that well. She wrote it all down, the questions, and she was really helpful and very caring. She's a great, great physician.

My new patient visit was perfect. Virtually no waiting at all. Checked in, no waiting before the medical assistant called for me, her intake was complete and Mackenzie Bancroft, PA came directly in. I was in and out of the practice in less than 45 minutes. Mackenzie obtained a copy of my medical record and reviewed key information prior to my appointment. I am extremely satisfied with my first visit and very hopeful I will receive great care from this team. Thank you.

Suprised how efficient,competent, and friendly all were in such a busy practice. First time experience here. From registration to visit with PA, such a positive experience. So glad i went to Express Care couple of months ago. The woman who checked me in referred me to Primary Care as I was looking for a PCP. Fabulous experience all around.

I don't like the medicine that I was prescribed for my myoclonus. I've read about it and I haven't been able to take it. I've seen some other options that look like they would have less potential problems for me. That was it.

It's not primary care's fault that a yearly check in is a survey of public health concerns and brief check ins, but ultimately for someone who comes in once a year it feels like being a part of a production line.

Mackenzie Bancroft PA is an outstanding medical professional! She consistently exhibits impressive knowledge and skills in listening carefully to the patient, analyzing and problem solving and developing an effective treatment plan. The plan is not just imposed on the patient but she is the rare medical professional that actually negotiates a plan balancing the needs of the patient with her impressive judgment and medical knowledge. I have had very challenging and complicated medical situations in the last 8 months and was hospitalized 3 times in two countries and have seen many specialists and medical professionals. Navigating our current medical system has been an exhausting and frustrating process, and I can say with confidence that Mackenzie's positive attitude, knowledge and consistent skills in communication, problem solving and development of well thought out treatment plans absolutely exceeds those of every DOCTOR I have dealt with! I feel so fortunate and thankful to have had her assistance in navigating me through a very challenging time in my life.

I was disappointed leaving the office. I had a few things I wanted addressed and only 1 item was talked about. I am a medical mess who needs direction. Instead of taking the time to discuss then she rescheduled me for 2 weeks. I felt rushed and not very well listened to unfortunately.
