Ridiculous waste of resources to send me to the office or an ER for something that I TOLD them I had on the phone. Giving me the old "policy" routine made me think you just wanted an in-office visit just to charge my insurance.

There were no tests run. Minimal exam. Left without knowing any thing more than I did when I came in.

They sent me over to the Emergency room and it saved my life. I might have had a heart attack if I hadn't gone.

I am a brand new resident to Waterville the care team there at the clinic took fantastically good care of me, including setting up bloodwork and a follow up appointment with lots of instruction. I felt really well cared for.

When you tell a patient that you're gonna send them to the emergency room just to get an x-ray or a CAT scan, not to have them check in to the emergency room, maybe don't lie to them.

I thought the staff were so efficient and caring. The only thing I would change is there is no privacy when they ask what we are here for? I had a UTI and felt uncomfortable having to say it loud enough to be heard through the plastic divider and at the entry way. Other than that, I have told several friends colleagues about how well you all took care of me.

I believe that the check-in process should have been a little bit more private. Information was being spoken through a divider in front of everyone. I think there should be separations to cubicles so the information is kept quiet and private. personal information. Thank you.

Going there after being sick for three weeks, was waste of time and money, all they did was do test and listened only to the test and not to how sick I was, left there feeling sicker and said go see your pcp if you don't get better. The instructions sheet she gave was info for what I was already doing for 3 weeks. The staff was friendly and kind but offered no help to my being sick. Had to go elsewhere to get help.

Hi, I just wanted to say I had a wonderful experience at Urgent Care there. I was actually seen almost immediately. The registration was painless and they were on top of their job and the representative I saw was wonderful and she directed me in a good manner as far as getting some further dental care. My prescription was sent across the street to Walgreens Everything took less than an hour, and I would just like to give huge props to all the people involved and say that it was the best experience I've ever had in a medical facility. It was really awesome. I was in and out of there super quick, and the people were very friendly and helpful. I just want to give them a 10 plus. I hope this gets back to their bosses. I have a throat issue. Tested negative for Strep at the office. Another culture was taken to see what it was. I waited 5 days to be told that the Strep was negative for A and B as well. Never found out what the issue was. Antibiotics have eased the symptoms but it's still hanging on.

Express care was great bit me general Augusta hospital stay for my husband wasn't that great. Never met the charge nurse until he was discharged, his bed was never changed for a 4 night 5 day stay, I'm only aware of someone asking him to wash up once. Male nurse and assistants were great but the others weren't. Think you better concentrate on having fewer assistance for everyone and concentrate more on patient care. With all your assistance who knows what has been done, what has been done and what is left to do . Just saying

Check-in was extremely noisy with tv's on, multiple radios playing, & lots of staff in that area talking. However, provider was excellent! She was very kind & thoughtful even with little things like turning out the lights as I was in for migraine treatment & being receptive to discussing care options based on previous things that had worked for me. I genuinely appreciated her consideration & care!

Loren, a nurse practitioner or physician's assistant, at the urgent care center in Waterville, was professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She made a referral for me with orthopaedics and made sure that x-ray and lab results were related to me the same day. The care I received was nothing short of phenomenal----the absolute best.

Loren was absolutely top shelf in addressing my health issue and providing clear follow-up instructions.

It was a great appointment, and she even called me personally the same day with my results.

We did not have to wait for long before they saw us. This helped very much when you don't feel well and don't want to be out but needed to see someone. They listened to you very nicely and made you feel like they were attentive to your needs.

Every time I have been a patient at this facility they have given me excellent care and advice. It is an excellent facility and we are fortunate to have it in the area. Many times I have had to visit this clinic when my doctor's office has been unavailable and I greatly appreciate their care.
