My experience was excellent. All the staff were friendly, professional and skilled. The P A , Lily, presented herself in a manner that immediately evoked in me confidence in and respect for her knowledge and regard for me as a patient. From initial contact through follow-up, Lily communicated clearly and thoroughly. All staff, including registration, were professional, kind and skilled. I am grateful for my access to this excellent health care resource.

So, I always love my Express Care in Wonderville because I can never get into my doctor, and that's a real problem with being general. I can't get into my doctor whenever I need to, but thank God that the folks at Express Care do a great job and manage to take care of me when I need some medical care that I can't schedule out six months or nine months in advance. Thank you.

I was only there for a short time then sent to the ER. They listened carefully & observed my condition, and suggested I go to ER, and I understood why.

I have no issue with the level of care i received but I work at a company where the Doctor Notes i need to submit are highly specific in the lengths of absence. The person who saw me dismissed my concerns wrote me a note for a shorter period and claimed that any longer would cause "short term disability" paperwork. I was not hunting for that, i just wanted the time off to recover. what it did cause is a lot of stress, the note was immediately rejected by my employer and I had to cover my time off out of my own pocket. So thanks for treating me that worked out great but maybe listen to people as well. It would have really helped me but it didn't seem like the provider could be bothered and it would have cost them nothing.

They were hands down the most empathetic caregivers I've ever interacted with. I felt seen, understood, and respected. I wasn't just another dollar or another box checked; I was a hurting fellow human with dignity and worth. I would love it if there was some recognition they could be given for being outstanding. I didn't walk out of the clinic magically and completely better, but I hope what I've written conveys their impact on me. Thank you, you're fantastic and deeply appreciated.

Upon arrival at orthopedics the receptionist rolled her eyes and told me I was not at the correct location despite being told on the phone you had walk in orthopedic care. I walked around to the other side of the building to express care only to be told I needed to be referred to orthopedics. At this point I have transferred care to another facility who was more than happy to check me out and get the follow up I needed.

The Maine General Team made me feel valued. They were quick to get me into the room. They were very personable and professional. Though it took 8 hours to wait for test results, they continued to check on us periodically to see if we needed anything.

The communication was straitforward. The diagnosis was clean. The Staff was very kind and empathetic. Their knowledge of my Ear canal infection made sense to me. The treatment for the ear canal infection is effective. The inflammation has been reduced with just itching. Thank you!

Our medical assistant was fantastic! I had my oldest son with me and he printed off a picture as well as got crayons for him so he didn't get bored. I appreciated that and so did my son!

This is the first time in a very long time that I felt truly cared for and that my issue was being dealt with and care that I received was greatly appreciated. I had had many past bad experiences with this hospital but not this time. It was a great team effort and everything was running smoothly.

It took quite a while for them to get back to me with the results and I had already completed the medication when they told me I didn't have to continue it. So that was a little bit frustrating. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very informative with everyone I spoke to was very informative and the staff really made us feel comfortable, made us feel like they were listening to what we had to say, didn't just brush everything we said off and seemed to take what we said into consideration and it seems like they're helping us try to get over whatever's going on with our throat. the practitioner who met with me had a terrible bedside manner. she was condescending, contradictory and evasive. i actually felt humiliated by her when i left. everyone else in the office was very pleasant except for the practitioner.

When I went into the express care, I indicated that I had pretty severe lower abdominal pain. I was checked in, I paid my $80 co-pay, and I was brought into a room where the PA felt my stomach and then told me that they don't have any imaging equipment there and that I needed to go to the ER. I feel like the front desk should have told me before I paid my $80 co-pay that I should just go to the ER because they cannot help me or diagnose anything regarding lower abdominal pain. I'm sure that there are categories where you can just kind of send people to the ER. It really irritated me and I'm very unhappy.

Yes, I did get the printout report from Lily Russell. I didn't see anything on it where she had checked my lungs and found there were no raws. It was perfectly clear. Her report based solely on her, you know, looking at my throat and whatever. But she did check my lungs and I asked her if there were any raws and she said, no, they're clear. They're clear. But there was nothing in the report about that for me to take back to my primary physician. So that's about the only thing. Thank you.

The entire team to include the registration clerk, medical assistant, and then the provider were all very professional, respectful and provided exceptional care. I also received my referral and appointment for follow up care relatively quickly. I would recommend the facility and staff to anyone who needs care. The receptionist was very friendly and patient. Lily was a delight, very professional , attentive, and caring. I never had vertigo before and I was a bit frightened as well as feeling quite dizzy and nauseated. Lily diagnosed me very quickly and decisively. Her explanation of it was thorough and helped me understand what was happening in my ear. It was a relief to know why I was feeling as I did. I really appreciate all she did.

1st, the provider did give me a shot & it didn't help before i left, but ultimately it did help a lot. i was asked when i was there if it helped & i said no - but later it did. & she also did give me a script which was also very helpful. so i was happy w/ the medical service although she didn't explain what she was doing when she "tested" me. & the provider was not very welcoming, friendly, i felt like i was sort-of bothering her. she didn't smile. she didn't have a good bedside manner.

The registration lady was very personable and helpful. The lady that showed me to the exam room and took my vitals was very easy and helpful. Lily examined my toe and explained what was going on and prescribed the appropriate ointment. A much more enjoyable experience than at the ER in Augusta with my sister.
