Dr. Greene was very professional and very knowledgeable. This was my first visit with her and enjoyed my experience with her. Very thorough and very informative. Glad I found her as my new PCP.

Dr Leslie Greene is very thorough, easy to communicate w & knowledgeable. She was clear in her instructions and explanations. There was obvious concern / appreciation appropriately shown for my health and well being, both physically and emotionally. This was all successfully done while she was dealing w her own headache. She is a gem.

Love my pcp , she's witty and knowledgable, she takes my sarcasm , like a pro, she explains my medical needs thoroughly , and advises me when I decide to take myself off meds , over controversies online.

Dr Greene and staff were more than helpful.

I had to wait 45 minutes before I was seen but other than that I love my new PCP, Leslie Green. And each time I call the practice, which is a lot, EVERYONE that answers the phone is helpful, patient, and understanding! That don't make me feel I am bothering them.

Dr Greene was very cordial and answered my questions and had helpful info. Very glad I saw her!

Dr Greene is the most engaged, helpful, and attentive doctor I have had the pleasure of meeting. Very intelligent and a true active listener. This was my first appointment at the practice and I was so pleased. I feel like my care is in great hands.

Dr. Greene is an excellent doctor. Although she uses the the computer, she has a lot of eye contact and seems to really listen. She is very pleasant and doesn't take herself too seriously. She laughs at my jokes and my singing. She explained everything. She examined me appropriately. I've recommended her to my sister!

You could improve your waiting time on patients. My appointment was at 10:30 and I never got out of there until after 1.

Yes, I really value Dr. Greene. She listened to me when other doctors wanted to just put me on medications. She was there throughout my whole surgery's experience and she's been nothing but supportive and she's been honest with me about my medical. I love Darner Family Medicine and I have recommended them to people before. Thank you.

My visit this week was much better than previous visits. Dr. Greene was focused on me and my health. She had read my updates since I had seen a physical therapist and this was a follow up visit. I see her again for my annual physical in August and I'm sure that will go well also.

Dr. Greene was amazing

Very busy when I arrived. Lines to check in. Lines to pay. Staff helpful at registration. Waited 20 minutes to get to room. Staff professional and friendly getting me ready. Waited 30 minutes for Dr. Greene. She was friendly, knowledgeable; made me feel she was interested in my health and personal story and never hurried through any of the appt (though she had been running late). All questions answered. Nice bedside manner.

The doctor and the other personnel were very helpful. They were all friendly and took care of all my questions an d needs.

Some scores are lower because I'm still building trust with this team. Dr. Greene is spread too thin and it is extremely difficult to schedule time with her.

Both for the visit with my PCP and for the blood draw I had 1 hour or more waits. I realize that visits can last long or there can be delays for other reasons however staff could informed the waiting party if there is going to be an extended wait.

It's a very efficient facility to go to when you need help and medical care. The staff is great. They're businesslike. They're friendly, very efficient, and they do their work well.

Dr Greene is the best, this is the first time I have seen a Dr and felt like she actually cared, she was also willing to educate me so that I can make better choices in my own health care. So absolutely happy we crossed paths.

I had an excellent visit with Leslie Green. I'm so happy to have met her. I hope she stays there for a while and can continue treating me. I was extremely happy with her. I was extremely happy with everybody there, actually. The only thing I can think of that would improve that place is you guys need more help. You need more receptionists and more help.

I'm not sure what doctor I saw, but I really liked her. She was very friendly and I would love to see her again. That's it.

This was my first visit as a new patient, so understandable the doctor was very good in obtaining history, I will be providing her more that she needs and then we will be all set. Dr. Greene was very welcoming, and guided me in all we need for records and also she set an impressive game plan for her to determine a good course of care in future. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I am impressed with Dr. Greene and look forward to my care in her hands, as needed.

I felt like Dr. Greene dismissed me. I was in so much pain I couldn't sit up right. She didn't give me any advice besides to give it 48 hours, which I didn't need to drive there for. I called the practice back yesterday as I am in an active colitis flare and have never had this before. And they NEVER returned my call. By the grace of god, Winthrop family has taken my care over and I was treated like an intelligent human being there. She went thru all of my results of the ER visit and made me feel so much better. The vibe at Winthrop family is sunny and friendly compared to chaotic and short at Gardiner family.

I've always found the facility very warm and friendly. All of the people at the desk are great and friendly always. And my first time seeing Dr. Greene , she was amazing, best doctor I've seen in years. Thank you.

My doctor is always too rushed with too many appointments to afford me with the proper amount of time to flush out all my concerns.

Dr. Leslie Greene is an EXCELLENT doctor. I know, because I was a nurse for over 38 years and have met and worked with many. When I met her and experienced her respectful listening skills, thorough examination, detailed explanations, and her pertinent questions, I was impressed. All of those skills she possesses are guided by an empathetic heart. I continue to be impressed each time I have to be seen. I wish there were more doctors like her.

Office staff, patient care associates, nurses and physician are consistently professional, cordial and knowledgeable.

Dr Greene is very good, but Maine General as a whole is awful. Can't get an appointment when you need them in a timely manner. Staff doesn't complete doctor's referrals or give doctor messages.

I really like Greene family medicine and I really love my doctor at Gardiner family medicine she is very caring informative and she really takes the time needed with her patience she doesn't Rush with them and I really like that because that's what I really need in a doctor

I was a throw back inland after 6 years of being with one Dr . Though I really love my Dr open honest sassy personality. My 1 complaint would be I needed a urine test after appt , I waited another 30 mins ... and I had to cancel another appt ( tho I ended up getting a call to go after a cancellation. I like the facility , but sometimes I think there's a mis communication between drs to lab.

Dr Greene was exceptional. she was very thorough, listened to all my questions and provided informative answers. She was willing to work on a patient centered plan of care, which is not seen often these days..

I really appreciate Dr. Greene's since of humor. She is kind and caring. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that I understand what she is saying and all the options I have to take care of challenges.

Dr. Greene is the first doctor to fight to get My situation under control. My mental health the past few months has not been good, Dr. Greene knows my problems and is kind enough to end every appointment with a hug, and that works better than medication.

The Gardiner facility is a treasure. Every staff member I encountered from check in to check out was friendly, professional efficient and caring. The facility is clean and comfortable and easy to access. These are qualities that make the experience pleasant for their patients. Keep up the excellent work.
