I'm not sure what doctor I saw, but I really liked her. She was very friendly and I would love to see her again. That's it.

This was my first visit as a new patient, so understandable the doctor was very good in obtaining history, I will be providing her more that she needs and then we will be all set. Dr. Greene was very welcoming, and guided me in all we need for records and also she set an impressive game plan for her to determine a good course of care in future. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I am impressed with Dr. Greene and look forward to my care in her hands, as needed.

I felt like Dr. Greene dismissed me. I was in so much pain I couldn't sit up right. She didn't give me any advice besides to give it 48 hours, which I didn't need to drive there for. I called the practice back yesterday as I am in an active colitis flare and have never had this before. And they NEVER returned my call. By the grace of god, Winthrop family has taken my care over and I was treated like an intelligent human being there. She went thru all of my results of the ER visit and made me feel so much better. The vibe at Winthrop family is sunny and friendly compared to chaotic and short at Gardiner family.

I've always found the facility very warm and friendly. All of the people at the desk are great and friendly always. And my first time seeing Dr. Greene , she was amazing, best doctor I've seen in years. Thank you.

My doctor is always too rushed with too many appointments to afford me with the proper amount of time to flush out all my concerns.

Dr Greene is the best!

Dr. Leslie Greene is an EXCELLENT doctor. I know, because I was a nurse for over 38 years and have met and worked with many. When I met her and experienced her respectful listening skills, thorough examination, detailed explanations, and her pertinent questions, I was impressed. All of those skills she possesses are guided by an empathetic heart. I continue to be impressed each time I have to be seen. I wish there were more doctors like her.

Office staff, patient care associates, nurses and physician are consistently professional, cordial and knowledgeable.

I find that Dr. Greene is very thorough and personable and very easy to talk to.

Dr.Greene was wonderful. She really listens to you, which is very important to me. She explains everything which I loved. Everyone I interacted with at the practice was wonderful & I felt very comfortable.

Dr Greene is very good, but Maine General as a whole is awful. Can't get an appointment when you need them in a timely manner. Staff doesn't complete doctor's referrals or give doctor messages.

I really like Greene family medicine and I really love my doctor at Gardiner family medicine she is very caring informative and she really takes the time needed with her patience she doesn't Rush with them and I really like that because that's what I really need in a doctor

I was a throw back inland after 6 years of being with one Dr . Though I really love my Dr open honest sassy personality. My 1 complaint would be I needed a urine test after appt , I waited another 30 mins ... and I had to cancel another appt ( tho I ended up getting a call to go after a cancellation. I like the facility , but sometimes I think there's a mis communication between drs to lab.

Dr Greene was exceptional. she was very thorough, listened to all my questions and provided informative answers. She was willing to work on a patient centered plan of care, which is not seen often these days..

I really appreciate Dr. Greene's since of humor. She is kind and caring. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure that I understand what she is saying and all the options I have to take care of challenges.

Dr. Greene is the first doctor to fight to get My situation under control. My mental health the past few months has not been good, Dr. Greene knows my problems and is kind enough to end every appointment with a hug, and that works better than medication.

The Gardiner facility is a treasure. Every staff member I encountered from check in to check out was friendly, professional efficient and caring. The facility is clean and comfortable and easy to access. These are qualities that make the experience pleasant for their patients. Keep up the excellent work.
