Enjoyed meeting Dr Jelinek she was pleasant and thorough in her explanation about my procedure helping me reduce my anxiety.

I was really well about the operation and precisions. The only thing is the pricing is pretty high and other than that it was all good. It was a quality place. Fast and the scheduling, I think it should be easier to schedule in a month instead of getting an appointment for three months. That's it. Thank you.

Dr. Jelinek and staff where great. Very professional. It's the policies of the hospital and the health care system in general that sucks. Computers that don't talk to each other? No accountability

I had a very lovely experience, I was made to feel extremely comfortable and my mind was out at ease. Dr. Jelinek was thought, kind, and considerate of all my feelings.

My experience was very good but I was very disappointed that you folks will not be able to do my surgery due to my health conditions.

Between my primary care provider, my psychologist, the Omt team I work with, and even my physical therapy team; the care that I have been receiving has been outstanding. I have truly never had the level or care, empathy, and compassion as I have with the team at Maine General. My recent visit to the Augusta facility was great. The consult was professional, prompt, and above board. I'm totally comfortable, and confident with my upcoming surgery. The surgeon provided an amazing overview of the surgery, and the expectations after the fact. I would at this time rate Maine General 10 out of 10 stars!!! Keep up the good work you are doing. You all care, and it shines through. Thank you, and God bless!!

I'll just say that the people, my staff at the hospital, they are awesome people down there and my doctor, Dr. Jelinek, she was really awesome and I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you.

Dr. Jelinek is amazing. She truly cares about her patients. I felt she listened to my concerns and she was able to answer my questions. She made me feel comfortable with the plan we made for my care going forward. She is a very competent, caring, and knowledgeable surgeon and I'd recommend her to anyone needing a procedure done.

The whole surgical team was awesome. Every morning coming in to see how I was doing, discussing with me my changes in my blood screening. It was very good. Everybody was wonderful, even down to the nurses and CNAs.

I am beyond grateful for the service that was provided to me. I am from a different country and coming from a different country, it makes me appreciate so much all the support that I got from the nurses, from the people that brought me the food, from the cleaning service, from the surgeons, from all the physicians. Everyone was so helpful and like I said, I am so grateful that you guys do what you do and may God bless you and you guys are doing an amazing service for all the people that we need. Was surprised to not see my doctor's name not listed on the surgeons registry outside the department. That made me feel that I wasn't in the right place. Please list her name.

I was nervous. The care team put me at ease. Explained all the details of what was to happen, any issues that might arise, and how they would be dealt with. Super friendly and very relatable.

My only issue is how long it took to get this appointment. Otherwise everything was great

This Dr was quite engaged with me, discussing the surgery ahead, how it would be done. Dr was openly friendly and outgoing. I look forward to the surgery and having the procedure to alleviate my health situation.

Dr. Jelinek took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and articulate treatment options before using extreme treatment measures. I appreciated her willingness to be transparent and thorough.

My surgery and follow up with Dr. Jelinek was phenomenal. The nursing team was very helpful and kind throughout my day surgery. My anesthesiologist explained everything and was also very kind to me. I can't say enough about Dr. Jelinek. She is above and beyond!! A rock star!!!
