COMFORTABLE and easy to talk to.

Leah Michaud is an outstanding person, that has compassion, someone that I can relate to, she's very professional but takes the time to find out how I am really doing, great personality and always goes above and beyond. I truly trust her judgment in when it comes to my trust in her I do 110%. I finally found someone that I am extremely comfortable with. I'm hoping she stays for a very long time.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30, and the nurse took me in at 11:15, so I assumed it was going to be a quick appointment. After the nurse had left a random person came in the room and asked "has anyone informed you i'd be coming in today" i said "no" and she said "oh im a student" I definitely should have been warned, let alone asked if it was okay. I then proceeded to wait until 12:10 for the doctor because she was "busy with another patient" during the time that I scheduled her for. The student was also the one who preformed my testing and I also was never asked if that's okay. I specifically asked for a certain doctor WEEKS ago, and all she did was come in and say hi for 5 minutes.

Lab work done prior to OB visit was poorly organized, I was called to registration and told they would call me soon. They didn't. Couldn't find orders, unable to get cell service while there and not told I needed to go back to registration. Registration said orders were there, still lab couldn't find etc. Very long process that made me late for OB appointment.

The MA that brought me in was very rushed. I didn't even catch her name. She told me the dr I saw had a student and didn't even give me time to answer if I wanted a student or not in the room. Which I was okay with as long as it was a female student, which it was. I just think the staff that brings you in could be nicer.

Definitely felt heard and questions were answered. New time visiting...Will return!

I enjoyed meeting an intern working with Leah Michaud; she will be an asset to any team. And of course, there's no one in my experience who tops Leah Michaud for excellence. In care, knowledge, judgement, and experience, I trust her advice and appreciate her guidance.

Very easy visit, friendly staff, very kind!

Leah was great. When I first got my IUD put in I was left in the room after and it made me feel weird, I had cried from the pain and just felt alone. This time, Leah sat with me and checked on me to make sure I was doing alright with the pain in my back and to make sure I was good to drive home. It was just nice to have someone checking in on me to make sure I wasn't feeling more overwhelmed than I already felt. I truly enjoy when I meet with Leah and hope to continue to see her when I come in.

Leah is amazing, she truly cares about my health. She takes the time to discuss topics pertaining to what is best for me. I always look forward to seeing her.

I'm a hard one to find even doing a survey. But Leah is quite literally one of the best and even knowing that, she blew me away at my appointment. She listened, she heard, she went above and beyond just reading the things that I wasn't saying. She truly made me feel seen and taken care of. I left feeling lighter just know that she had done quite literally everything I needed but was too afraid of judgment to ask for. 1 in a million.

This office is the least stressful to work with in the Maine General system as a patient, and Leah Michaud is great.

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for such a wonderful provider in Leah Michaud. I'm 60 years old. I've had several providers in my life and she is incredibly great at her job.

Felt very comfortable thanks

Although I am rating Leah very highly, I have a complaint about the number of reminders I received for this appointment. I had 2 text messages asking me to confirm, an automated call and a live person call to confirm. It was very annoying to me. I understand that it is important not to miss an appointment, but this seemed like a bit of overkill.

Leah was wonderful! She was knowledgeable, kind, and great at making what could be a stressful exam, a much better experience.

I absolutely enjoyed that provider. She was very thorough and my first couple of responses were, I need fours on all of them because she was fantastic. Very thorough, patient, kind. I just loved everything about her. I hope I hit her again next time. Thank you very much.

Provider i did see was kind, understanding, gentle, caring, helpful, she's super respectful with my health letting me know situation happen; made it seem like I been seeing her for years, pretty sure it was my first interaction with her but made me feel good I didnt have to explain my history.... the student in the room she needs to be a little more relaxed she seel very shy and just super nervous. unsure her name great work. The room needed a little attention there was iodine on the wall that I couldn't stop staring at wondering how long its been there.. and what happened im sure when the day was over it was clean up :) GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PROVIDER!

Waited 45 minutes in room to be seen

I went to do Myriad genetic testing and the lab was not receiving the email with the paperwork I waited for 1.5 hours then had to leave. I gave the lab tech the email the person in the phone said to send my demographics to. I do not think she emailed them. I will have to come in another day for the testing.

Your hospital has been the greatest I've been to. Staff nurses and dr and everyone were onto of everything and very caring. I'd recommend this facility for anyone i love to stay at. Thank you for caring for me and being so gentle.

Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and welcoming. The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant and offered a warm, early morning welcoming. The RN that roomed me was very helpful in telling me about other ways I could access prescriptions when my insurance stopped covering them. She took the time to show me the website etc. Leah was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and understanding. She listened. Gave me options and then let me choose which option I thought was best for me! It was a wonderful experience.

My concerns were taken seriously and even though I didn't 'fix' the issue that brought me in, I do feel like I'm on the right path to finding a solution.

I was so grateful to see the same person for my care. She not only was careful and caring during my exam, but took the time to talk to me about caring for my husband who has dementia, and how important it was to take care if myself, giving me options.
