Leah is amazing...so kind and knowledgeable. She explained my 15 year old condition better than anyone. I'm so happy to be under her care.

Waited 45 minutes in room to be seen

I went to do Myriad genetic testing and the lab was not receiving the email with the paperwork I waited for 1.5 hours then had to leave. I gave the lab tech the email the person in the phone said to send my demographics to. I do not think she emailed them. I will have to come in another day for the testing.

Your hospital has been the greatest I've been to. Staff nurses and dr and everyone were onto of everything and very caring. I'd recommend this facility for anyone i love to stay at. Thank you for caring for me and being so gentle.

Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and welcoming. The young lady that checked me in was very pleasant and offered a warm, early morning welcoming. The RN that roomed me was very helpful in telling me about other ways I could access prescriptions when my insurance stopped covering them. She took the time to show me the website etc. Leah was very pleasant, easy to talk to, and understanding. She listened. Gave me options and then let me choose which option I thought was best for me! It was a wonderful experience.

My concerns were taken seriously and even though I didn't 'fix' the issue that brought me in, I do feel like I'm on the right path to finding a solution.

I was so grateful to see the same person for my care. She not only was careful and caring during my exam, but took the time to talk to me about caring for my husband who has dementia, and how important it was to take care if myself, giving me options.

Leah Michaud NP is the best! She speaks directly to you, asks appropriate questions, is knowledgeable, competent, and spends good time with the patient. I saw her for the first time last year and this year she asked a follow up question about something we discussed a year ago. Leah has integrity, delivers high quality care, and is kind and empathetic.

I absolutely adore Nurse Practitioner, Leah Michaud. She is caring and truly listens; however, when I tried to make an appointment for my annual exam, I was told that the practice was not scheduling any routine visits. I have been a patient for 35 years, and was told to have my PCP handle my routine exam. I was able to make an appointment with Leah for a med check. When I was at that appointment, I explained the situation and she offered to do my annual exam. It makes no sense that I had to be referred to CMMC by my PCP for my routine gyno exam. Thankfully, I had Leah in my corner. A friend received a call from this practice reminding her she needed to come in for her annual exam, and another friend called to make her annual appointment and was scheduled 6 months out. None of this makes sense.

Leah is wonderful. She is very thorough and takes her time with her patients.

Leah Michaud is by far the BEST provider I have ever had. I was incredibly nervous going into my appointment and had been putting off care because of my poor experiences with doctors in the past. This woman and her assistant deserve a raise; they were both incredible. They both listened to me thoroughly, drew out everything on a piece of paper so I could visually understand what she was saying, got me to laugh several times, talked in a quiet voice instead of yelling so people outside the door couldn't hear, worked diligently and well together and even followed up the next day regarding my blood work. I felt like I was the only patient there which I know is far from true. I wish I could use Leah for all my health care needs, she is truly the best at what she does and we need more people like her out there in healthcare. You are loved and appreciated, Leah! Keep doing what you do!
