The medical staff I interacted with were professional and put me at ease. The pa explained what was going on with my foot, prescribed medication to alleviate the issue, gave me written instructions, and advised me to go back if it didn't improve ny a certain time. It was a very positive experience.

Everyone was very pleasant for my short visit at walk-in care. The lady that registered me (didn't get her name) greeted me as I walked in, even though she was already taking another phone call. While she was on hold, she took the time to register me quickly so I wouldn't have to wait for the next available person, or until she finished her phone call. I didn't have to wait long at all and another pleasant person took me for my vitals. Even though the providers were all busy after my vitals were taken, I did not have to wait long at all. Leah D. the PA saw me for the reason I came in. She was pleasant, upbeat, and even made a few jokes. She took my health issue seriously and took her time narrowing down the cause and to make sure there wasn't a more serious underlying issue. It didn't take her long at all to finish up with my paperwork, send my prescription to my pharmacy, and send me off with a smile. This was my best experience at walk-in care. :)

I had a really good experience going to express care in Waterville. I was admitted very quickly and everyone had a very positive attitude and it was clean and I will definitely be returning if I have any issues in the future. Thanks.

It was my third visit in three weeks. I was having ongoing bad issues with my ears. I absolutely am so thankful I saw Leah because I've been in three times and only she was smart enough to think beyond the obvious simple standard solution / which never worked. Not even the Dr I saw on the second visit figured it out. But Leah was very focused and determined. She discovered I actually had a dangerous ear infection - Mersa. I totally trust her now. She's smart and intuitive and responsible and on target. Thank the Lord she figured it out. I'm going to try and see her on all future visits. She's fantastic.

Express Care is an important part of our community. I know I will always get great care there, especially if it's a weekend day when my doctor's office is not open.

The healthcare provider led me to believe that I definitely had a UTI. But lab results did not bear that out.
