Lady at check out was short, rude and acted like she did not want to be there. Sad way to end an otherwise, always great experience. Dr Lambert is the best !!!!!

Yes. Well, they were very happy, and it was a pleasant time, and I felt totally relaxed while I was there.

Dr. Lambert has been a big morale booster too in advising me about my epilepsy. I couldn't ask for a better neurologist. She genuinely cares about my well-being as she has proven time and time again.

Laurie my NP is wonderful. She explains everything and a sks appropriate questions. She also tells me her concerns.

I love the fact my provider does not make split second decisions and takes time to really try and figure out what's going on. Laurie Lambert also is not afraid to consult another provider to make sure the best plan of action is put in place. I absolutely love her 100%!!

The person who put me in the exam room didn't go over my med list. She only asked if anything had recently changed. She didn't weigh me instead giving me the option of going with my LAST weigh in. She was very nice! Just not thorough. The NP put me on a new daily drug(very expensive, no generic) in addition to my other migraine meds. It seems she is always pushing the newest medications. She did a VERY thorough exam. She took her time and explained everything. I didn't feel rushed along.

I liked Laurie Lambert very knowledgeable and very thorough NP first time meeting with her very satisfied.

I was very satisfied with my visit. I felt like she was very knowledgeable. I could tell that she had read my chart ahead of time, so she knew a little bit about what was going on, just sitting there having to start all over again. And I appreciated that, that she had taken the time to prepare for the visit ahead of time. Thank you.

Laurie Lambert was very thorough. She was very understanding and very good about my reason for going there.

The only area for improvement was when I was done the appointment and checking out at the reception or checkout desk. The lady who did the checkout was really not friendly, made me feel like I was bothering her. The lady that checked me in was amazing, was wonderful, super nice. The medical provider was super nice, but the lady at the checkout counter when you pay your co-pay, She needs a lesson in customer service.

For our first time in actually meeting Laurie Lambert NP; she was very concerned, in tune with my medical history and personal experiences. We appreciate her thoughts, thoroughness and determination going forward to get us some answers for my diagnosis and treatments going forth!

She is wonderful. She is attentive. She goes over everything with you, so you don't feel like a dum-dum going home. But she is very smart. And I like how she always has an office visit after you get Botox, because I think that's important too. And the girls that work in the office, they are top-notch too, because of the friendliness that they have, the warmth.

This is my first visit with Laurie Lambert. I was very impressed that she had read the information I dropped off prior to my appointment. She listened, tuned in. She didn't type while I was talking. She answered my questions and we turned things and looked at it from all sides. I walked out of there feeling like I went in with questions and concerns, came out with I knew what I needed to know. And besides, she was just a very pleasant human being which is very nice when you're handling your own medical stuff. So very impressed.

Laurie was one of the nicest practitioners I have ever been to. She was genuinely concerned about my situation, very knowledgeable, went through all of the details of prior history did numerous simple testing of my body and we had a great conversation at the end. Very pleasant young lady and I would highly recommend her to everyone. I have been a patient at the hospital for many many years and I've always had great service but she really stands out in my opinion. Thank you very much for the wonderful service. Also, I'd like to mention that the ladies at the front desk check-in were also very friendly and proficient. Keep up the great work.
