The person who put me in the exam room didn't go over my med list. She only asked if anything had recently changed. She didn't weigh me instead giving me the option of going with my LAST weigh in. She was very nice! Just not thorough. The NP put me on a new daily drug(very expensive, no generic) in addition to my other migraine meds. It seems she is always pushing the newest medications. She did a VERY thorough exam. She took her time and explained everything. I didn't feel rushed along.

I could tell that she had read my chart ahead of time, so she knew a little bit about what was going on, just sitting there having to start all over again. The only area for improvement was when I was done the appointment and checking out at the reception or checkout desk. The lady who did the checkout was really not friendly, made me feel like I was bothering her. The lady that checked me in was amazing, was wonderful, super nice. The medical provider was super nice, but the lady at the checkout counter when you pay your co-pay, She needs a lesson in customer service.
