Laurie and her team are absolutely wonderful and I recommend them to anyone. They are absolutely helpful. They knew my records. They knew everything about me ahead of time. It was very, very comfortable being in there. She's excellent. I would recommend her to anyone. Yes, Lori and her team. Five stars. I love them.

Laurie is a great NP. She is very caring and knows her job very well. She always looks back on what you have been through for testing and surgeries. I have a great deal of respect for her. Great NP.

Laurie Landbert was very professional, very on task, listened to what I said, believed what I said. She said she didn't have anything to add but had someone else that I could see that she'd already contacted and she'd already read my records and notes and things that I had from the past, so I'm very impressed with that. Brittany was great on front line, checking in and checking out, just a good sense of humor. them.

The receptionist was not friendly. There was no other patients and she made me stand there waiting for her for quite a long time. She didn't apologize for keeping me waiting. It was weird.

Registration staff and those responsible for insurance information should figure things out in a timely manner. A patient should not be the ones to check insurance, calls, do OA information etc etc after many screw ups from the staff. One staff member even tried to use an insurance from a year and a half ago. That was not at all what was supposed to happen. At the first sign of an insurance issue the patient should be contacted before appointments are cancelled and messed with. On the flip side of it, the MA and the provider are amazing. I love my providers approach and if there are any concerns she discusses those. I can't recommend Laurie enough. Amazing provider with the care and compassion but that little bit of edge if needed. The best provider. The MA was friendly, kind, respectful and great as well.
