Dr Lee was able to see us right away, and referred us appropriately for urgent Xray. The only problem was her order didn't include a side (L, R, bilateral) for imaging, but she was very responsive to staff attempts to contact her after her shift ended to correct the issue. She called us with findings ASAP same day, and she called us again today with a clear plan for office follow-up later this week.

Dr Lee was excellent at putting my son at ease. We appreciate the care at Kennebec Pediatrics always!

Moving from the area has caused a need to change care providers.

Overall a great experience as always- staff are super nice and great with my daughter. Only thing that frustrated me was that the after hours staff didn't know that the office phones turn on at 730am for this office and not at 8 man when the office opens. If I had known that I might have been able to get my daughter in sooner that day.

I was very happy with the care that my daughter received. The front desk staff is friendly. The medical assistant was great in the room. She definitely did good coercing my daughter to go use the scale to weigh herself, and they were just very kid-friendly. Dr. Lee is amazing. She does such a great job. Doesn't make you feel rushed in the appointment. really looks at the chart thoroughly so that she knows and understands my child and asks me if I have any questions. I feel very much a part of the visit. Dr. Lee has always given me any referrals that were necessary and really helped me with my daughter's care. And I'm very happy with Dr. Lee as my child's doctor.

We consistently have exceptional care from Kennebec Peds and Dr. Lee in particular. This visit I noticed the signage that had gone up around inclusivity and acceptance of all people - this was so important to me to see, especially in light of our current political climate. Our son was feeling really sick and we called Kennebec Pediatrics. We were able to get a same-day appointment within three hours. And Dr. Lee is not our son's normal prescriber, but she was helpful, friendly, kind, and she made us feel so at ease. I have always had good experiences with Kennebec Behavioral Health, and I recommend them to everyone.
