The staff was very helpful.

I was not happy with the customer service I received when I called at 8:30 in the morning. The receptionist questioned my son's symptoms and why I needed a same day appointment multiple times. I was standing in my school nurse's office and she said with 99% certainty that he had strep throat (which he did in fact have). The reception asked if had "white patches" or not... Which he did not, and still had a significant case of strep throat. I also don't understand why we can't get a service back like Pedi- Speedy? That was THE BEST and most efficient way to get quick care for things like strep throat!!!

I found Lauren to be very, very helpful. She was quick and prompt. I couldn't have been happier with her. Thank you very much.

Dr. Walsh always spends the needed time with my daughter. She helps her to understand what is being discussed while addressing any issues I have concerning my child. This visit, we had an amazing MA (went by Pep) who was so kind and gentle with my daughter while giving g her vaccines. I'm so grateful for this care team!

I was overall very impressed. It was my newborns first appointment ever. They were able to get me in promptly for her recommended 1 day appt post discharge from the hospital with a Saturday appointment, which I absolutely love and appreciated. Staff was super helpful and nice. Provider answered all the questions I had. I even had to call back on Monday to discuss something I had forgotten to touch base on at the appointment and the nurse was very helpful as well. So far, I am very happy.
