I really liked the doctor that I saw. She was great. However, I went to try to get blood thinners as a preventive, knowing that my body is probably going to develop blood clots again, and I didn't get it yet. So I didn't take the test at the hospital because I don't have blood clots. It's going to show that I don't. I just want to go on blood thinners again as a preventive. Thank you.

I sat in the exam room for almost an hour waiting for the doctor. It was my yearly exam and after being held up with another patient I was seen for maybe 15 minutes and rushed out. I said several times j had a problem with my ear and couldn't hear well so when the doctor looked she said it was full occluded I expected her to help flush it. Another staff came in and told her her other annual was there so she quickly told me some over the counter remedies. She said she'd write everything down which she did not. I waited weeks for my annual so I could address a bunch of things. I felt like just another insurance payment and this was honestly a waste of my day off. Nothing was done at all that Google couldn't have done for me. Really disappointed to be treated like this after waiting my turn patiently. It was just strange to practically skip right over me just to keep everyone else on schedule for the other patients.

I have always been well taken of at this clinic since the Dartmouth Clinic changed its focus. When the Winthrop Clinic was whole with imaging + radiology, orthopedic, blood work, a cafe, PT it ran like a top. It was so sad it had to be disassembled for lack of money. I am thankful that I can have my Primary doctor there.

I waited a year to get this new patient appointment. It was worth the wait. Everyone was professional and showed interest in getting to know me. Hard to do in the initial consultation but looking forward to developing my health care plan.

I have always had good experiences at Winthrop Health. The physicians or PA may change, I feel comfortable with all who I have been seen by. Never feel rushed. Always listen to concerns.

The practice is searching for a retiring practitioner so I was introduced to a new doctor for this appointment. I appreciated her thoroughness in addressing my prescription needs and suggesting alternative drugs that produce less side effects.

Glad that Doc is recording visit for transcription. This allows for better interaction. Before this always felt the provider had to spend too much time typing and looking at screen then me.

Really appreciated my visit with Dr. Lara the other day. One thing that I appreciated most is that she and her nurse did a really good job of listening. They weren't bogged down by paperwork or a to-do list or a checklist. They just did a really good job of listening and hearing and having a genuine conversation about health care, which was what I was looking for and what I appreciated. I'm really glad that I ended up choosing this practice for my health care. Thank you so much.

We appreciated the quick appointment time. We were prompt about that. However, the follow-up was the worst I've ever received. They did not provide any information when we contacted the facility about further instruction the following day. Absolute worst performance as far as patient care that I've ever received as far as follow-up. I would not recommend.

I arrived 5min early for my apt. At registration I asked if Dr on time, late, how late were running and how long I should be expected to wait. Was told Dr on time and shouldn't have to wait more than 10min. I waited 25min. When the person came to get me repeatedly called me Wrong name. For apt Dr seemed rushed. O was in and out within an hour. I had maybe 10min of that time with the Dr. Most of it was waiting.

I was very pleased to meet Dr. Ilyas and she asked the questions and she knew the answers, a lot of my history and was so very helpful. I'm very, very pleased to be able to go back and I have to schedule my mammogram and lab work, I guess, and call in for that. I was very, very pleased. Thank you.
