Third visit in a row where we arrived early/on time for our scheduled appointment time, and still waited 30 minutes until after our appointment time before even being brought back into a room. Mind you, we were the first appointment of the day... additionally, the previous 2 visits we waited on 1 day 40 minutes and the other day 35 minutes.

It's impossible to get through on the phones. I ended up having to drive there and was seen promptly as a walk in. I'm disappointed that the pricing for an emergency visit isn't more transparent. I asked what the cash price for an emergency visit was and I wasn't able to get an answer. I emailed the billing department and never got a response.

Kristy Mitsui is absolutely wonderful! She's relatable and takes time to listen to my children's concerns. She's the best addition to Waterville pediatrics!

delight. She always takes the time and listens thoroughly. She takes great care of all four of my kids, sees them any time. When my kids are sick, she will call personally and check in. We are lucky to have Christy as our PCP.
