We moved to the area 13 months ago and had opportunity to visit with our care team several times. Very pleased with how things are going.

Kristin is a fantastic director and person! She takes the time to answer all of my questions especially involving my cancer diagnosis.

Augusta Family Medicine's staff, from the Customer Service Representative to the Medical Assistant to the Doctors, have all been prompt and helpful whenever we have had questions or needed an appointment. They were friendly somewhat but did t feel like my concerned were address. Just always seems like they ask correct questions and want you to leave.

My previous interactions with Dr. Patterson were abrupt and left me feeling like she did not care about my issues but instead wanted to pass me on to someone else. This most recent visit was totally different - she was very personable and listened to me and I felt like she heard my concerns and would work with me to see them addressed. I am glad to see this change.

New patient. Really appreciated the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Took a while to get an appointment, but I blame myself for not having a regular pcp. Great to have the peace of mind I can turn to someone with medical questions and start becoming more proactive with monitoring my health.

It was awesome to go to our first appointment being a new patient, have check in smooth, nurse to take us right on time, and then to have the Dr minutes in the room after nurse left. This is a huge praise to this office. Look forward to being seen as a regular patient in this office.

They didn't know my health history because the previous doctor never transferred records, so that wasn't their fault. I did have to wait one year to get a new patient appointment though. My first impression of the staff was a good one.

Every time I visit, I am treated so well by everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses to the doctors. They are on time, prompt, and give me all the attention I require. I never feel rushed, or as if I'm being 'blown off' because they need to see other patients. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes in between my 'check in' nurse and seeing the doctor. Dr. Patterson in particular has treated me so well. In a world where, as a woman, I have often had my concerns dismissed and my voice shut down by medical professionals, Dr. Patterson makes me feel heard and seen. I have told family and friends to switch to her and this practice because of the excellent care I receive EVERY TIME. Please take my heartfelt gratitude and respect.

Professional, friendly, helpful visit.

Be more truthful about what is going on behind the scenes. Be truthful about letters that are sent to your office about my medication and being referred to as Polypharmcy. The so called nurse that contacted my doctors has never met me,or examined me. She is talking out her backside. It is totally unethical to ask my PCP to talk about the meds they prescribe to me without my permission. I hope this mater is cleared up quickly and not happen again in the future. If this continues to be a problem I have no problem looking into legal advice.

The doctor was nice enough. Professional. Seemed to be going through the motions

After only checking my vitals and listening to my lungs and heart. And offering a couple vaccines I was sent on my way. She just went through the motions for billable hours. This was a joke and has me feeling like I need to find a different doctor's office. I have never had a medical professional be so disinterested in my health.

It was a great experience for my first visit

Very short visit. Feeling rushed.Not all my health concerns were discussed. Leaving confused whether I needed a yearly physical after a first initial appointment.

Dr Patterson was welcoming and made my visit very pleasant.

At my visit, my second visit with Kristin, she was, as the first time, dismissive of many of my concerns. She put down any of my questions, and I would prefer to have a different primary care in future.

They listened to me. Answered all my questions. Very pleased.

My visit with K. Patterson was a terrible experience. She made me feel hopeless about my health concerns. She told me I had no options. She told me she couldn't give me a referral for a specialist because I wouldn't qualify for it based on my symptoms. She told me I had to manage my symptoms with no other options. I left the practice crying and I felt very angry and uncared for by K. Patterson. K. Patterson made me feel belittled and like I was wasting her time. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional before.

Dr Patterson is on the ball...she answered all my questions, and she was patient with me asking details about some conflicting/confusing blood results. I felt a bit more at ease after leaving the appointment.

I feel I am getting the best of care through Kristin Patterson and the staff at Augusta Family Medicine. Everyone is very professional and pleasant.

Dr. Patterson extremely pleasant and patient in explaining any condition, treatment, etc. Intake staff also efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Patterson seemed like she was in a hurry but still took the time to ask about what I would like to address and talk about those things.

This was the shortest (7-8 minute) exam I've had. I was not satisfied with this exam and would not recommend her to my family. I will be requesting an alternate medical provider for future appointments.

This was my second visit with Dr Patterson and I was very disappointed because it was the quickest annual visit I have ever had with any provider, maybe 8 minutes, if that. She never even touched me, but her stethoscope did!

I was very satisfied with my appointment. I was not happy that it took me a year to get into this practice. But when I did finally get an appointment, I was extremely satisfied. The receptionist, the nurse, the doctor, everybody was very knowledgeable and very caring. And I was so amazed that they knew so much about my medical history. Fabulous, fabulous. This was a meet and greet for me to determine whether I wanted to switch to this practice, and I have decided to switch to this practice from my current practice as my current practice was not able to procure physician or a PA who gave me excellent service in the past

Your wait times are extreme for appt

I felt heard, my Doctor, Kristin Patterson discussed 2 matters I was concerned about. Given professional feedback and ordered lab work for me related to my concerns. Took her time, not rushing me throughout the visit.

Medical care at Maine General has become WOKED...patients have to diagnose their diseases. I had prostate cancer and had to fight and argue to get treated

It was my first appointment with Dr. Patterson. I found her to be an Extremely good and thorough doctor. She covered everything and also answered all my questions and concerns. I was very comfortable with her. I also thought the rest of the care team was very good and personable. My overall appointment was excellent.

My waiting time was no more than 5 minutes since it was a last minute appointment.
