My son saw Dr Patterson who totally understands him and listens to us for his needs. He is super comfortable with her and the staff is absolutely wonderful

Doctor is always very helpful and provides plenty of feedback about any issues or concerns.

I was very pleased to be able to get an appointment with my Dr. In the same week that I called.

My yearly physical was less than a half hour, less than 10 of which was with Dr Patterson. I felt rushed. I feel like at a physical there should be discussion about diet, exercise, and lifestyle, there was none of this. This is my second physical with her and both times I have not felt like it went well. I plan to call next week and see about switching doctors.

Dr Patterson never seems in a rush. I feel that she listens and gives feedback. I never feel rushed.

A pleasant place for my medical care. Personnel are professional and friendly and can laugh at a joke. Doctor Patterson is up to date on the latest medical recommendations and that is highly appreciated.

I have a fall condition it's unpredictable and sometimes I get hurt. I sometimes fall several times a day and on the day of this visit it was due to falling 3 times 2 days before injury to my left hand and right shoulder and elbow. I had tried for 2 days to manage the pain I was in, treating the cuts and icing and ibuprofen. I used otc pain patches with lidocaine. When I was seen I was in a considerable amount of pain. I asked for something for pain and was denied. I got an x Ray of my elbow and hand and it was determined there was not a break but I was told to buddy tape my fingers as you would do with a broken toe. I left in pain and suffered in pain. Just because every single person is treated as an addict something I'm not and never have been. I fall sometimes everyday and I'm not coming to be seen to get anything. So ask your self if you fell over and over and over that you wouldn't hurt but I suck it up everyday and I deal. So when I ask for something for pain. I'm definitely over what I deal with daily. My pain tolerance is high obviously or I'd be there for every fall and it just would of been appropriate for something so I could at least sleep. So again this is why I don't get seen when I get hurt unless I just can't stand the pain. Hey but thanks it was awesome being treated like an addict

From the point of checking in, getting roomed and checking out my service was top notch. Check in was friendly and inviting, rooming staff was knowledgeable and pleasant, my doctor listens gives feedback and has amazing bedside manner. Check out was fast, easy and also a great experience. At my previous doctors office I felt like a burden and always rushed. This office makes me feel welcomed and heard. Customer service is always amazing and the small talk that they all made with me was welcoming and set my anxiety at ease. My doctor in the past has come across non-empathetic, but this time, she listened and is ordering tests to find out what is going on, which is what I was hoping for. She also gave me some medication to help with my pain. This is an improvement from the past visits I've had with her.

I was very impressed with the doctor and also the follow-up call from Stacy. That really gave me a lot of faith in the whole system. Stacy answered all sorts of questions for me and we still have, you know, an ongoing conversation if we need it. So I was very impressed. Thank you.

Overall a fine experience just a little miscommunication from my last appointment but mistakes happen. there where no serious issues anyways... they took me seriously when I discussed my medication switch being potentially addictive and allowed me to switch to something im more comfortable taking. Overall great staff and listened to my views and opinions and clarified the plan and conversation perfectly.

I came in for a Medicare wellness visit and the Medicare wellness visit does not allow a an actual physical so it was disappointing in that respect. I think that's all I'm gonna write. Because

The staff are always exceedingly pleasant, prompt, and attentive from the check-in desk to the check-out area. This visit was no different. I, of course, cannot sing Dr. Patterson's praises enough. I always feel seen and heard when I visit her, in a way I have not been with doctors from previous PCP offices. I have never met a staff member at AFM who I have disliked in any way, and always walk away feeling like I have an actionable plan in place for whatever issues I brought up. I feel taken seriously here, and that means so much to me. Really appreciate all that this office/provider have done to care for me.

I like dr patterson because she listens about what you're concerned about not alot of drs do that I like she's upfront with you

The doctor was extremely rude . So when I was getting ready to leave I asked her if that was it that's when she said to me that it doesn't matter what I say to you in a sarcastic way that you're just going to do what you want and that refuse too do certain tests witch I didn't refuse any of the tests that she wants me to have, so I said to her yes go a head and schedule the tests that I needed and blood work to but she was still very sarcastic about the whole situation of my physical that day.

I always appreciate the time Dr. Patterson takes with me to make sure I understand my care.
