Parking for this practice is terrible. People with breathing difficulties have to park so far away and walk up a slow incline. Once inside there are no handrails to hold on to while walking to the practice.

The Dr was extremely informative. She was kind and understanding, and made sure I was educated as well as answering my questions with a response I was able to understand. She gave me directions that I could execute clearly with confidence. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THE PRACTITIONER I SAW.

I would like to schedule my own appointments, days and time, and not receive notices in the mail stating that someone chose my day and time. Also, don't try and force me to participate in classes by scheduling them and then forcing me to sign papers of commitment. I won't be doing that. It's always going to be my choice in activities I want to do.

Kelly is very good at her job , She takes her time and you never feel rushed in or rushed out .

The biggest problem of the hospital is getting in and out of it. The parking is terrible and anybody with health issues, which are most people, obviously, to get in and out, it's not a very good experience. So something needs to be done about that. Thank you.

I came to this practice looking for answers. I was heard, I was included is discussions about what each route of testing included, and also what is typically covered by insurance, and what is not. With the cost of tests and procedures not always being something I can afford, it's wonderful to have a provider give so much thought to what would be most efficient. I was provided with resources for treatment of symptoms above and beyond a typical referral or prescription.

I am impressed and grateful for the care that Kelly Dudley has given me so far. She's knowledgeable, she's personable, and she listens.

At first, because Kelly was not a specialist, I was hesitant about seeing her. However Kelly is knowledgeable, gives easy understandable instructions and advice. Am happy to be one of her patients.

I happen to be running late , it was only 3 degrees out, and a half flat tire I inflated it and arrived, fortunately I was able to keep appointment. Coming from 25 miles or makes scheduling difficult. So I would like to extend a Grateful Thank You to those who helped me.

I did not like the nurse practitioner. Very rude. Felt she may have a problem before being me. She threaten me as an Old Lady, spoke very fast trying to hurry the appt along. Very disappointed and frustrated with the exam. The appointment really affected my day. Definitely not what I expected!!

I was very impressed with Kelly's level of questioning and her openness to any input that I thought might be of value in determining what was going on with my condition. I feel fortunate to be under the care of Dr Dudley. From telephone contact..front desk reception...nurses etc....I cannot say enough about this practice!!!!

My provider was very intelligent and knowledgeable about my illness. She sat with me, spoke to me, and answered all my questions. Even when we were done, I had another question and she came and spent some more time with me. Very, very knowledgeable, very good provider.

I did not see the doctor. I saw an NP who claimed i did not have a lung condition,yet was diagnosed with yrs ago n have been treated for it. This NP claimed a former pulmonary doctor didn't engage in testing, treatments etc. This NP was more interested in touting own agenga than truly promoting patient care. Declined to prescibe current medications as did not think i had a lung disorder. Also poor listening skills.

The staff was so kind and knew what they were doing felt very welcome .I would highly recommend them .
