Kelli Kinane, PA-C

From the moment I called in to request an appointment - until the moment I was standing there talking to the actual nurse practitioner - absolutely no one listen to me saying that this was not a migraine.

I would recommend Kelli and this facility to anyone!

It was my first time to meet her. She was very personable & was cautious in her approach, because she had just met me. She asked questions & looked at my rash.

I have been very satisfied and often feel they are treating the entire family, not an individual patient.

Kellianne Kinane, PA Fellow, is just outstanding, in my opinion. She looks directly at me during our visits. She is always calm and that transfers to the patient. She seems to take my concerns seriously and that makes me feel valued as a patient and a person. Thank you Ms. Kinane.

Both my mother and I have the same provider (Dr. Kinane) and we absolutely love both her and her MA. Both are caring and compassionate. Certain aspects of exams are uncomfortable and this provider makes you feel comfortable. Everyone in the office has been amazing from the front desk to the providers to the lab. We are definitely happy with our choice of Primary Care.

The facility was clean and attractive. There was ample seating. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I was brought back to see the PA in a timely fashion and did not wait very long to see her. Kellianne took her time with me, listened to my concerns and acted on each after discussing with me the options available. Excellent visit,!

Dr Kellianne, took a lot of time explaining my pain meds and how I should be using them. Repeating the time of the use and alternating them . Made sure my information would be sent to my Florida Dr. thank you so much.

In regard to the specific help I was asking about (support to get electricity) the provider started that as "a mandated reporter" I had "really, only a few weeks" to rectify the situation before she would have to report me to child protective services. Instead of the help I was asking for she has given me great for my family life.

The ladies and the nurses and the assistants at the front desk were very helpful, informative, patient and kind. And Kellianne is always up to date on newest medicines and treatments and caring. Great staff, great team, great medical center. Thank you.

Takes too long to get through on phone and took 4 months to get cpap straighten out.

I think that when I have an emergency or I need to get in and see my doctor or I have to call because I'm not feeling good. And again, I need to talk to my doctor. I think being on hold for 53 minutes is absolutely absurd. I think it's ridiculous. And it's not the first time. Every time I call it's anywhere from a half hour to 50 minutes waiting. That needs to change.

Kellie is a kind and compassionate person who listens and guides her patients with deep empathy and expertise .

Found out about appt two days beforehand. Not told results of MRI for two months. Tech did NOT update my meds, even though I provided alphabetized list. I'm wondering about quality...

I've always had great care from Maine General in Gardiner. Dr. Kinane made sure she knew my medical history and scheduled me for all necessary appointments. She is also caring about my mental health and is very personable. I couldn't ask for better.

Kelli is the beat doctor I have ever encountered in my entire life. So grateful to have her overseeing my care.

I called ahead of time to ask if I would have time to discussion questions about my medications and other concerns with my PCP since this was my first visit. I was assured that I would have plenty of time. Immediately from my appointment, my PCP seemed rushed and wouldn't allow me to ask questions or concerns. She told me that i would have to make a seperate telehealth appointment to do that. I felt rushed and as if my concerns were not important. Many of these concerns were important so i pushed to get them answered even when she said i needed to make a seperate appointment. She didn't allow me much time to speak to her and i felt uncomfortable addressing these things with her because i felt rushed. After the Pap was done she told me to talk to the front desk about an appointment. The front desk couldn't even get me into an appointment for months. This was something that I wanted to get addressed ASAP because it applies to my health and my medications. extremely disappointed and upset at this experience

Too rushed. Appointments are so rushed I don't have time to talk about the issues I'm having.

Dr Kinane was really great, one of the most pleasant physicians I've met with. She really was very kind and listened to me ramble because I was nervous and took the time to make me feel like I wasn't a bother. 5 stars

Great staff who are friendly and very helpful.

I had to ask to have blood work done for cholesterol etc. my last test showed a slight elevation in kidney and liver. She did not feel it was necessary to check it again. Nothing seemed very important to her.

Gardner Family Healthcare. For the last year and a half, before I got to come to Gardner and get treated by Kellianne, I had no one. Augusta Family Healthcare, it was awful. Non-existent. Just thank you. And Kellianne is a sensitive, caring, lovely person to work with.

They are all very pleasant. And Kelly was wonderful at getting me an appointment when I get back from my trip. Very happy with her. I just hope she stays. Very nice person. :)

I was not informed of the various steps that are required before I can be scheduled for a hip replacement surgery.

I was thinking I would be getting a pap smear from my zoom meeting with this physical. I was told , I did not need one because it was only going on 4 years! I was asked if my previous Pap smear were ok? Yes but my first cousin died from cervical cancer and my sister has pre cancerous cells too! Also NO blood work was ordered for this physical. Something I can do later, she says ! It wound of been nice to go over that at this physical!!!! I also have a on going pain in my right hip, something I mentioned to the medical assistant before the PA visit, never discussed or checked out. I realize this after I leave the office. I guess I was still upset at NO pap smear needed?! My blood pressure was unusually higher than ever . Repeat was done and 20 points lower, still high for me. This physical was so simple, everything that was asked had already been discussed with the Zoom meeting prior to the visit .

I just love doctor Kellianne...she's so friendly makes me feel comfortable and is very through. She looks out for the very best for my health. If I need to contact her with any concerns I may have day or night she gets right back to me. I'm very happy with my Primary Physician. Give her the employee of the month award and her own parking spot....

I was a new patient to this facility. My records had not been sent over as requested. My physician. Did not have my medical history needed for the appointment. We did discuss further treatment and follow up procedures, such as an MRI to update my records.

Gardiner Family Medicine has hit the floor running concerning my health care needs. All the staff at GFM have been great!
