I followed my provider from her previous office-she is excellent and I am glad I was able to follow her her to her new practice

I think my new practioner is caring , helpful and comforting . I hope she stays my doctor for quite awhile.

I don't feel that I was addressed as, you know, as much as I should be. I was kind of disappointed. Some of my questions were not answered good. It was the first time I had seen this person and I was quite disappointed.

I waited over a year to meet my new PCP. Kayla Flaherty was lovely, smart, respectful, collegial. I want to make the decisions with my NP; not have decisions made for me. I believe Kayla will do that. Walk with me on my journey, hold my hand, where ever it leads. My background as a Certified ER nurse and many other certifications does not allow me to check my brains at the door. Praying for a great collaboration.

Kayla was very informative, listened to me completely and was very attentive to me questions.

Healthcare is not what use to be , seams to be only profit driven now!

NP Kayla Flaherty is an awesome doctor

I drive an hour and 20 minutes to see her because she is the first doctor I've had that I am comfortable with and that makes me feel heard and like she truly cares about me. Everyone in the office was amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming and it makes going to the doctor a great experience which has never happened for me until now.

I really like the atmosphere here. It's always been nice. The staff and doctors are very kind and listen to you when you need answers or help.

Kayla and the MA were very respectful and professional.

I called in the morning because I had a problem and I received a very nice response from the lady who answered the phone and they were able to work me in in the afternoon on the day that I called, which I really, really appreciated that. And I just enjoy coming to Oakland Family Health. I've always been treated very nicely there and I am glad that I have them as my doctors. Thank you.

So far, I've been very happy with the nurse practitioners I'm seeing at Oakland Family Medicine. I do miss having a regular doctor who you see all the time and knows you and you can interact better with them, with someone you feel comfortable with after seeing for an extended period of time. They've all been good up there. I cannot fault any of them, but it just isn't the same as having a regular person you go to see. That's my only observation.

Enjoyed meeting Kayla Flaherty and look forward to future visits with her.She is knowledgeable and helpful and a great addition to the office.

Everyone at the doctor's office, including my doctor, went above and beyond my care. I was having an extremely difficult time and emotionally as well as physically. Felt good about my visit.

My appointments (dates and times) have been moved by the office multiple times without a phone call. I received notification in the mail and the 'new' times provided have been challenging for me to attend. This has been a frustrating experience when I plan appointments well in advance for times of the day that suit my needs.

The provider I saw made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. It was my first time meeting her, but I was very happy with the experience.

I wanted to compliment the ladies in the office checking people in. They're extremely efficient. They're very, very pleasant. They're very friendly. You get very comfortable. I almost forgot for a minute I was in a doctor's office. That was really nice. And this was my first time actually meeting Nurse Practitioner Flaherty. I believe that's what she is, is a nurse practitioner. And I couldn't have been more pleased. She, just in her one visit, she has helped me turn my diabetes around 100%. We went over it. We went over all my meds.

We are very happy with Kayla and are pleased that she has joined Oakland Family Medicine

Very friendly atmosphere and faculty! The place has a nice warm reception with a high quality care team. I received great feedback and medical advice while making me feel like I was a priority, no rushing whatsoever! I'm grateful to be a patient.
