Kathryn Dubois, FNP-C

This was my first time there and it was mostly a consultation to decide on what would be the next steps in what if any treatment is needed.

I just want you to know how impressed I was from registration to the intake lady all the way to the provider, Catherine, who saw us. We felt so heard and verified. I would highly recommend pulmonary to any of my family or friends.

Extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my health needs and questions.

Staff in pulmonary are wonderful. Working w/Katie for better health has gone great for only seeing me 3 times. I definitely appreciate the 2-way dialogue when I do get to see her. Katie is an excellent provider n I feel fortunate to have her as mine. Just hope she NEVER leaves... Will b extremely difficult to ever replace her... But that's life. Just hoping n praying she will stick around the Waterville area for quite sometime. Thanks Katie

Caring and pleasant as well as informative.

It was complete and thorough, I believe. The people are capable. They have good handle on how to carry out their tasks. The person helping me through the lengthy test was very patient and knowledgeable.

I have never been here before didn't really know how to get to where I was going. The lady at the desk just inside of the south entrance was polite but said just go down there ( and pointed ) to the elevators, and go to third floor and turn right. I questioned third? She said yes. So off i go to find elevators , a long long way down, and when I got on and up to third nice people across the elevator told me I needed to be on fourth. Everyone was super friendly and nice. All the girls at pulmonary were awesome check in lady was apologizing for the mixed up directions I got, nurse Kayla was upbeat and friendly. The doctor lady was just as good as the others, I felt like she took the time for me to understand and she asked questions, I didn't feel like a number or rushed felted genuine care. Very hard to find in a new doctor appointment these day. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MY LADIES!

I had more explained to me then past pulmonologist and felt more comfortable and confident in the conversation with the care team members.

The care team's always great. I've always had a really great experience there. And you can ask whatever you need and they usually have the answer.

I have never been to a practice like this one! We will never leave! They are so caring! Coming here is like going to a family gathering!

This was a pleasant, informative visit. I did not feel rushed, but instead encouraged to discuss the details and timeline leading to that day's encounter.The practitioner listened carefully and proposed a diagnostic plan that we were both comfortable with.

I have had nothing but friendly personal at maine general and at Elmwood primary care and I totally trust everyone there to do their best to keep me as healthy as possible...

I found my visit that day was exceptional. My referral paperwork that came in, I am a new patient, was looked at prior to my visit and many items concerning it and upcoming treatment were discussed. I am very impressed with Kathryn DuBois and her staff. I think we will have a good relationship going forward.

This was my first visit with this team. My records are not available for other dr has them locked so this new team and I are working from the beginning. I arrived at 10:00 am, 1/2 hr before my app't. Time was taken to review my records and do the usual measurements and vital signs. I waited a short time for the pulmonologist; that visit was superb. I was sent down to the lab shortly before noon, but I waited until 1:15 to have the blood work done. Then I still needed a chest x-ray. The sign-in for this department took until 1:30. Since I had another appointment with a care provider in Farmington for 2:00 pm. I spoke to the desk person and was called shortly for the x-ray. I exited the hospital at 1:40 and quickly made my way to my car. I arrived at he next appointment at 2:18. The next time I come I shall ask the specifics of the lab situation and preferably be sure I do not have an appointment at FMH that might conflict with unanticipated wait time at Thayer.

I liked Kathryn very much. She was a very nice person. Good bye.

Positive experience with this department!

Kathryn Dubois is amazing. From the first visit, she came in with the information about my health. She made some changes after talking with me to give me better control and to aid in my health. She has a good sense of humor, and to me, that is a major plus. She always prioritizes my needs and health.

I wish I had been given a printed summary. I have no idea what the name of the Dr is that I saw.
