I have never been to a practice like this one! We will never leave! They are so caring! Coming here is like going to a family gathering!

This was a pleasant, informative visit. I did not feel rushed, but instead encouraged to discuss the details and timeline leading to that day's encounter.The practitioner listened carefully and proposed a diagnostic plan that we were both comfortable with.

I have had nothing but friendly personal at maine general and at Elmwood primary care and I totally trust everyone there to do their best to keep me as healthy as possible...

I found my visit that day was exceptional. My referral paperwork that came in, I am a new patient, was looked at prior to my visit and many items concerning it and upcoming treatment were discussed. I am very impressed with Kathryn DuBois and her staff. I think we will have a good relationship going forward.

This was my first visit with this team. My records are not available for other dr has them locked so this new team and I are working from the beginning. I arrived at 10:00 am, 1/2 hr before my app't. Time was taken to review my records and do the usual measurements and vital signs. I waited a short time for the pulmonologist; that visit was superb. I was sent down to the lab shortly before noon, but I waited until 1:15 to have the blood work done. Then I still needed a chest x-ray. The sign-in for this department took until 1:30. Since I had another appointment with a care provider in Farmington for 2:00 pm. I spoke to the desk person and was called shortly for the x-ray. I exited the hospital at 1:40 and quickly made my way to my car. I arrived at he next appointment at 2:18. The next time I come I shall ask the specifics of the lab situation and preferably be sure I do not have an appointment at FMH that might conflict with unanticipated wait time at Thayer.

Kathryn Dubois is amazing. From the first visit, she came in with the information about my health. She made some changes after talking with me to give me better control and to aid in my health. She has a good sense of humor, and to me, that is a major plus. She always prioritizes my needs and health.

I wish I had been given a printed summary. I have no idea what the name of the Dr is that I saw.

I have been a patient of Maine Pulmonology for many years. I couldn't imangine going anywhere else. I have the utmost of trust in my care for this team. Any problems that I have are taken care of immediately. Appointments are made and from there any further care or medications are ordered. I truly trust, especially Kathryn Dubois and her team. Things should be done when your there not have to keep going back to have more test done

I was fortunate to arrive at a time in which the was not as busy as usual. I was in quickly and seen within just a few minutes. Katey DuBois was quick to get me the medications I needed and I was back home in no time.

They were very caring and friendly.

I did not receive any help with my pain while I was there. I bring my symptoms to a medical professional and expect them to help me find treatment. I was devastated when I left.

Diagnosing my symptoms seemed easy enough; however, I believe that an extensive investigation into the root cause of the diagnosis (asthma) is essential. Common factors such as possible early occupational exposure to contaminants, smoking history, etc., were discussed, and are ligical causes, but 50 + years of excellent health, with an equal amount of time dedicated to exercise, healthy diet and lifestyle lived asymptomatically, and then a slow progression of ongoing fatigue, shortness breath and the sensation of a chronic "infection/inflammation" that affects much of the body, seem to warrant further investigation. I realize that the practitioner's time was limited, and that she was as thorough as her training allowed. I intend to follow her prescribed treatment but will also be researching resources that might be able to inform me of the root cause of my symptoms.
